Place was perfect, very clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I will stay here every time I’m in Texas.

We stayed at Allan's place the night before I ran my first 50-mile ultramarathon, the race location was less than 10 minutes away which was super convenient. The listing was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. I was able to get a good night's sleep and felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone who is looking for a cozy stay in Smithville. Also, we loved all the cute cow decor! 🤍🐮

Second time staying here. Kevin did not disappoint! Great place, super clean and peaceful. This place is a steal for the price. Definitely will stay here again some time.

Karen's place was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our weekend away from home. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to make our 3-day stay easy and relaxing. We loved the extra touches in the decorations and the black sky and stars were something we don't see in the city - that was a big plus. Karen and Mark were very friendly and enjoyable to talk to and we appreciated that. There was chilled water in the refrigerator, homemade banana bread and berries upon or arrival. That made us feel welcomed. They definitely took a lot into consideration when establishing this apartment as a rental. We hope to stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our time in Texas! It was near family and quiet. It really helped to have it as a home base as we explored the areas around Austin. Obed was extremely responsive and a great host - we absolutely would stay here again.
