Maria's place was absolutely perfect. Being well off the beaten path, the privacy and peacefulness was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The house was super clean and and nice. Like a lot of Airbnb hosts, they provided a Keurig to make coffee in the mornings, but offering to-go cups to take a cup of coffee on the road was a huge bonus. We absolutely loved our time here and wish we would have stayed longer. Maria was a great host and communicated well.

Green House was a perfect place to stay for our annual Round Top girls trip. Such a beautiful location with trees, rolling hills, a pond and all the cattle to watch roam. It was clean and had plenty of room indoors and outdoors. Eric sent a great list of places to eat innSmithville and other clear information and he checked on us the evening we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Manor, Texas! The home was perfect for our large group. The large family room upstairs was a great bonus, giving everyone a place to gather for movie night. The yard was also a nice size, perfect for the kids to play. The host was very accessible, and communication was great whenever needed. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bathroom setups with toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, and makeup wipes, as well as bath towels neatly placed on every bed. Highly recommend this rental for a comfortable and well-managed stay!

The room was pretty big. It does have a mini fridge inside as well as a fridge in the garage. The only downside was the restroom lighting was a bit dark. Besides that it was all great and clean. I would book again if ever in the area.

The communication, instructions and the place was spotless, very easy to check in and instructions super clear. Peter always responded promptly and look for solutions for any minor issue that we might find as you normally will have in your home, all the experience was 100%

Walter and Judy are more than hosts, they are pure-hearted, incredible people who made our stay unforgettable. From their warm welcome to the home-cooked breakfasts every morning (those muffins!), every moment was filled with kindness. But what made this stay truly magical was how they embraced my children with open arms, letting them play with their lovable dog and, most memorably, making their horseback riding dreams come true. With such care and patience, they created an experience that brought my kids joy at a time they needed it most. This wasn’t just a getaway.. it was healing, happiness, and pure magic. If you’re considering staying here, especially with kids, do it. You’ll leave with your heart fuller than when you arrived. Great little get away! Large front and rear decks for star gazing or napping. Very private peaceful and quiet. All the amenities you could ask for. With a fantastic host!

Me and a few friends came down to compete in an Amateur National Championship Disc Golf Tournament … this met our needs perfectly. Bien was super responsive and friendly.

Enjoyed the stay. It was so relaxing and a perfect getaway. Enjoyed the hot tub and lounging outside on the deck. The host, Jeff, was quick to respond and very helpful when needed. Definitely would stay again.

What a unique place to stay! The home is so beautifully renovated, yet has all the character of an early 1900’s home. It was very clean, easy to find and check into, and the host had excellent communication. There is a train that runs through Smithville so bring ear plugs or a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The town itself is really quaint with little restaurants and a farmer’s market on the weekend. Be aware that many restaurants in walking distance have random hours so check online first. This house felt very safe. We could see a police station from the house. The pool was fabulous, and the spa was massive. We had a wonderful stay!

We were in Austin for a family wedding. The house was a great place for gathering. The main room was spacious with comfy furniture. The kitchen was well equipped and included nice appliances. My grandsons loved the ping pong table. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated too. Jordan was available and responsive.

Michael’s place was fantastic! The check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy, thanks to the detailed instructions he provided. Michael was very communicative throughout, which made the experience stress-free. The location itself was spotless, well-organized, and wonderfully quiet. It was everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained Airbnb!

This place lived up to the hype! The land is beautiful and everything is exactly what we were looking for in a weekend away. It is off a busy road, so it can be a little noisy during the day, but the driveway is long enough that you can barely see it. Ultimately it did not bother us and felt like we were tucked away in the woods. We’d love to return sometime!

Great home. Very spacious home for the amount of people that we had staying for the weekend. Exactly as described and at a very reasonable price in a great quiet neighborhood.

This home was beautiful with an amazing view above the tree tops looking down over the river. Great balcony space and windows to enjoy the view. We had a girls weekend, but it would be perfect for a romantic getaway as well. Host very proactive in providing directions, check in and check out info.

The bunkhouse is a great rustic experience in the middle of a picturesque landscape of rolling hills and beautiful huge oaks. Our hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic four night stay at 7744 Ranch. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. And the resort is gorgeous. You can see the quality and attention to detail wherever you look. We stayed in the Studio and it was perfect - just like the photos and description on the website. From grilling to using the pizza oven, each meal was a delight in the remarkable outdoor spaces. This is one great place.

I attended a wedding at St Mary’s church just down the road from Michael’s listing. The place was just as described, Michael and his dogs were so lovely and the ambiance of the property was most peaceful! I was lucky to have such a kind and flexible host. Would stay again :)

I am transitioning from Colorado to Austin. Cindy and Iris provided an incredible experience to get away from the city and really enjoy some peace and quiet. But also enjoy the security of a small community, while trying to find a job and a potential apartment..
