This is the second time I have stayed at Rikta Florence's apartment, which was as good as the first. I had a lovely stay. The host was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit, making my experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt well taken care of and appreciated. I'm pleased to share my positive review, as it was indeed an unforgettable experience. I recommend it to anyone reading this review.

Nice place

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Bashundhara R/A. The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a gym. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was responsive and made sure everything was smooth throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Dhaka!

Everything was good but the location he gave us was incorrect. I asked him specifically about a hospital location from his place and he responded that the hospital was only 10 minutes of walking distance, which is what I actually needed, i was sick hence the Hospital. I couldn't travel by car , I needed to walk to the hospital per my doctor's advice. When i checked in to the place and started walking to the hospital it was 30 minutes of walk which was impossible for me.. I told him about my situation, he said " you just leave my place" very Rudely. I said okay well i will leave right now if please give me a refund. It was the same day i checked in. Sooo many insults he said " okay you cancel the booking and i will approve the refund ". I canceled and left his place the same day. Its been almost 15 days , i keep asking him to approve my refund but no response from him. Very bad hosting,No manners at all, No professionalism at all. Hope no one suffers like me and book with this host.

Beautiful place, very specious, great location with lake view. We stayed four months here and it felt like our second home. The host made themselves available to resolve any issue without delay. Some of the cabinets and kitchen could do with a little TLC, they definitely had seen better days, but that would not stop us from booking again in future. Stay here to enjoy the prime location in Dhaka and for excellent service.

I have visited Dhaka so many times and I have stayed through air bnb several times. But this house is the best. Thanks to Shaheen, I can get a good memory about Dhanmondi. I hope that you can experience how this house is perfect for you. When I have to stay at Dhanmondi, I will stay here definitely.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there
