Beautiful home in nature!! We loved staying here. The home is immaculate, bright, modern, and spacious. We loved the hot tub, and we aren't big gamers but had a lot of fun in the Game shack playing Ping Pong, Pacman, and Basketball. Highly recommend!!! The only thing to be aware of is that this is quite a distance to the hikes in Shenandoah National Park, so if you're focus is on the Park, I would suggest looking at Maps to understand the roads and distances.

I can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the Super hosts that made sure every detail of our stay was comfortable!! We drove 14hrs to stay here and when we parked and stepped out on the property you can hear the soothing sound of the running stream surrounding the property, they had the hot tub turned on and every bit of this place was spotless and cozy!! They did not leave anything out. First time I’ve ever rated an air bnb stay but this place was well deserving of praise.

We had a great time at nearby Bryce Resort, which is just a short trip down the road, hanging out in the house, and walking around the peaceful neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids, and 1 dog to all hang out together and also spread out. With all of the games, sauna, hot tub, Jacuzzi, and TVs, there was always something to do and the kids never complained that they were bored. The beds were quite comfy, and the linens all were clean and of good quality. The basement and garage game room were a bit chilly, but there were a few space heaters that helped warm things up. The hosts were friendly, provided good instructions, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. It was a great trip!

We loved our stay at Oscar’s! The details made it perfect. The big windows with beautiful views, a nice clean and full kitchen to make breakfast in the morning with coffee, and the hot tub at night with all the lights off was magical. Such an easy drive from DC for a nice getaway. Walking around the property was lovely too. You can tell he cares about how people feel and how comfortable they are right when they walk in. The bed was also really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and I don’t really feel like that about most places 😇 thanks Oscar!! Our pup also loved the space which made it even more homey 🥹 PS the hot tub took us about 3.5-4 hours to get warm so not sure if we were doing something wrong BUT it was ABSOLUTELY worth it. Just plan ahead!! Truly the highlight of our trip. Would do it all over again. Ps ps we were recommended to get Taqueria Guadalajara for Mexican food-was so good!! It’s about 30 minutes away but was the best food we had while there :)

Great stay at Lindsey’s cabin - it’s super cute, with a well stocked kitchen and lovely porch. Lindsey was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

Already thinking about when I could go back. Lone Bear Cabin was outstanding, nicer than my own house. New appliances, updated, and spotless. Fireplace was great, rooms were comfortable, wifi was reliable, hot water was hot, towels and linens were crisp, space was cozy but not at all cramped, the surrounding views were amazing, tons of privacy, conveniently close to Luray... perfect place for a weekend getaway. Didn't even get to use the hot tub or the grill but both looked great. Mark is one of the best hosts I've ever had -- ultra responsive, left detailed instructions for everything, pleasant, helpful, but not intrusive. I cannot say enough about him or the cabin, really amazing.

What a cozy, secluded place to spend a quiet weekend away. The kitchen was well-supplied, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean and tidy. The fireplace and hot tub made the stay especially restful. Paula and Mike kindly offered us a flexible checkout since we had to delay our arrival day. We hope to return with friends sometime soon.

This was our first Airbnb that my husband and I stayed at. This was a great couples trip for us. Even though it was a short stay it felt so peaceful and relaxing! (Which is hard to have with 2 under 2!) this was truly a memorable experience and I’m thankful we came across this listing! Derek was super helpful with giving me every detail about our reservations and I felt very informed.

It was a wonderful cabin for a peaceful weekend getaway. The views were excellent, and it was warm and cozy inside even during some especially cold weather.

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing spot to escape the city and give our pups some room to stretch their legs and play in the huge property. Perfectly fenced in and with cute touches like doggie treats, toys, and wash station. We also loved the fireplace keeping us nice and toasty. Hot tub was a nice amenity too. Can’t recommend enough if you want to enjoy your time away from home with your fur baby.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Bobby's place! The home was beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Bobby was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay extra special. It was the absolute perfect weekend escape, and we can’t wait to come back! :)

Best cabin ever! My 14 year old daughter, husband, my 2 Husky’s and 1 hound, spent a Friday to Monday at this stunning cabin. This was a birthday weekend away, for both of us. We went to parks and hiked different places. We also went to Virginia for the day and took in some sites there. The wood-stove made the cabin so cozy and comfortable. The cabin is beautifully decorated and so clean, packed with everything you need. Comfortable beds with beautiful views. Bonus hot-tub was so awesome. Our dogs had just as much fun as us. Dog toys, treats and dog lines, to explore the back yard. Windows for watching wildlife and warm fire to sleep near. Highly recommended this stunning place. Family friendly, pet friendly. My whole family had such a blast, human and furry members. Definitely will be back. We woke up Saturday morning with a beautiful dusting of snow, was so magical, telling my friends and family about this magical place.

The Shed was the perfect place to relax and recharge for my family's annual end of year/new year's trip. The house was clean. The main living area was wonderful to unwind and spend quality time. We enjoyed the wood burning stove and the firepit outside. The property was beautiful and especially exciting for our 4 year old and our dog. The location was terrific for our trip to Shenandoah. We also had a great time at Luray Caverns. A pleasant surprise was the walking path through town. We made use of it two of our days. Front Porch coffee was also a convenient frequent spot we visited. All in all, awesome. We hope to return. Thank you and Happy New Year, Rich!

Cathy was a wonderful host! She provided a bottle of local wine during our stay. She was consistently responsive and friendly in our communications. The place was so cozy would highly recommend!

We were looking for a cozy long weekend off the grid and that’s exactly what we got. The cabin was rustic but well maintained and the location remote but within arms length of civilization. Jennifer and Ian were incredibly responsive. Highly recommend — and grab firewood/fresh eggs from them if you can!

It was such a cute place to stay at perfect for relaxation that my husband and I needed for the week! Tracie and John were quick to respond when we asked them about anything! Very accommodating. They have a book there full of their favorite spots that they like to go to anything from food to hiking to coffee shops! Would definitely recommend!
