Pros: - Staff are very polite and kind. - The room and amenities are clean and well- maintained. - Good internet speed and coverage - Good water pressure - Breakfast is included. - Swimming pool with slide and lights - With couples of tables and chairs outside - With grilling stations - Among other resorts in the area, this resort has more trees (short coconut trees), so you can stay and relax outside and feel the breezy air. - Beachfront with wide shoreline and very fine black sand Cons: - Since the resort just recently opened, the restaurant was not available yet. Thankfully Manuelito was proactive and refer us to a nearby resort’s resto where we ate our lunch/dinner. - The pool slide is a bit bumpy.

We had an amazing time! Anton was very easy to communicate with. The caretaker was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need from the appliances to plates, serving dishes etc so we were able to prepare meals and eat comfortably. The unit is a few steps from the beach, so my toddler played in the sand for hours. The sand is very soft and the beach is very clean. They have a big area where you can gather outside if you're a big group. Bonus that it is only a few minutes from the pawikan conservation center (we got to witness them release baby turtles), a short drive from the zoo, and very accessible if you would like to have a meal in subic. Would absolutely recommend, whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a home base close to other activities. Can't wait to book again!

The room is just right for 8 people. the aircon is really cold. The restaurant food is really delicious but make sure to preorder so they can prepare it in time for dinner. The location is great. we love the pool with slide. all our requests and issues are immediately addressed. Will definitely stay here again if i ever go to Bataan.

The Nook is a very lovely place. We arrived very late at night but the caretaker (Mang Boyet) was ready, waiting for us still. It’s a very relaxing place and Anton was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is strong so that’s a plus for us so were able to do our regular zoom at night. Thanks be to God through Christ!

Had a very nice stay. Gustavo was there to meet us and give us the keys and help carry luggage to the room. Gave us a tour of the area and where to access the beach and pool. He was very helpful in giving directions to local places and offered suggestions on places to visit. Thank you. We would recommend staying here if ever in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Overall our stay was perfect and Carina's place exceeded our expectations! Carina's unit is beautiful. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. It's tastefully designed and extremely charming in person. The kitchen was well equipped so cooking was not an issue (note: the public market is very near too!). They have a water dispenser and they provided a gallon of water per day for free too. This was a great plus since it's very eco-friendly. We wanted to stay at a place that has personality and has a home feel to it - so Carina's place was perfect. They have a big yard leading to the beautiful gazebo. The place was great for hanging out all day and this is also where we had a very nice bonfire (which you can arrange with Ate Nori and Kuya Ambo---the caretakers). They were very pleasant, highly attentive, and helpful with all our requests. The beach is GREAT for swimming, it was very clean with fine sand. Although there's a resort next to it, we didn't have issues with people occupying the (private) gazebo and it's not very often that people swim in front of the premise. Even when they do, it's really not a big deal. I suggest that the guests check the inclusions thoroughly so they know exactly what's included and what's not. Note that the unit is part of a complex/compound of multiple units so there may be times that there are other guests/occupants in the other adjacent units too. There was one family staying at the other unit during our stay but we were never bothered by it as the property is so spacious. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Carina's place to anyone looking for an exquisite beachfront property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We travelled with 18 people and the room fit everyone perfectly, it was very spacious and clean when we arrived. AC works great, it was refreshing when coming into the house after being in the hot sun. Pool is huge and beach is beautiful! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful when we came to them with questions and needs. I would highly recommend this place if you are travelling with a large group!

One of our go-to Airbnb places in Subic Bay. Walter's place always exceeds our expectations. His units are always clean and well-maintained. We always feel relaxed and at home whenever we stay in his unit.

Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants by the beach including Texas Joe's. Had a comfortable stay, room is as advertised with clean linens and towels. Pet friendly as well, welcoming to our two small dogs. Appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. Had to pay a small fee for late check out. Would book this place again the next time I visit Subic.

The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment and building are very well maintained and very quiet. The location is walking distance to shops.

Everything was exactly as they mentioned. They cleaned the room regularly. It was quiet and sustainable for all of my needs. I totally recommended :)
