very nice place to stay...very suitable for family stay...will come back again.

Location was private and slightly hard to locate when using Grab, especially at night but definitely not a problem at all. Place was very breezy at night (perfect for chilling at the balcony or late night walks). I definitely recommend coming here especially with a big group! Mahjong table, billiards, karaoke & speakers were all available. Will come back here next time!

Check-in & Communication: The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in process. They were always available to answer any questions, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The Unit: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment, especially after a day of exploring Batam.

Second time booked this place for a family retreat. Had a wonderful experience and the place is clean and comfortable. There were games to enjoy and the addition of the pool table is definitely great addition. Victor also provided a helpful pdf guide for us to navigate and even went an extra mile to deliver breakfast for us. Such a pleasant surprise and experience. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
