is very nice place like in bali location near town not to far to go shopping ctr . Room are big for 2pax . if have kettle will be better so that after swimming can make coffee or instant noodles overall 8/10 . I n family will sure come back

Place is good and clean, comes with free water. Just take note that it might not be feasible for big luggages + one of the toilet smells a bit strange. As for grab, as the location is quite new, most drivers have an issue finding us, best is to walk to block A to hitch a ride

there are definitely pros and cons to this listing. pros: - extremely peaceful & quiet during the day & night - private - paid parking beside the container ($2 for motorcycle & $5 (i think) for cars) - utensils and cooking essentials are provided - theres Netflix to watch - theres heated water - theres hangers and iron board cons: - quite dark especially since its located beside the forest - ants, lizards and potentially others (encountered a frog inside the container upon checking in) - cranks on the floor essentially there are more pros and cons, and if youre someone who isnt scared of staying such an area and isnt scared of insects etc, then i would say its a pretty decent place to live in. everything else is provided for in the container as mentioned. the host is also very responsive and attended to my enquiries asap, even in the wee hours.

Really nice place to stay in Batam and only took 9mins to reach the Batam ferry terminal, also I didn’t know that the view would be so beautiful from up there (53th floor) we went here during Chinese new year and get to see a lot of fireworks going on at nights from above . The only thing is that there’s a smells come from the pipes in the kitchen and water leak during rainy days but overall is really great because the host was so helpful with all of our inquiries 🥰🥰🥰

The location is great and very convenient, within walking distance of great restaurants, supermarket, hospital and scenic views! The unit matches the description, clean, very comfy bed and the air purifier in the room was a point for us. Seamless checkin and no hassle checkout. Moreover, we really appreciated the support of our hosts throughout our stay as she was friendly and highly responsive, answering any questions or concerns we have typically within minutes! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Starbucks my favourite. Easy to get grab or bluebird taxi. Marriot Hotel just beside. I will stay at her apartment again.
