Nice clean apartment and very central for Orchard Road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and taxi stop on the next block. Room was as advertised, clean and tidy. Apartment is a bit older but everything worked well. Good aircon!

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orchard Parksuites, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is situated in the heart of Singapore’s famous Orchard Road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. The location is unbeatable—right next to ION Orchard and several other malls, yet it still offers a peaceful and quiet environment. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities. The interior was stylish, with modern furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the space and the attention to detail in its design. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was seamless. Overall, Orchard Parksuites exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here.

This location is great. A short walk round the back gets you to Duxton and tanjong pagar. The rooms are large and well equipped. Plenty of storage space for long term rents. Super clean. Despite being in busy road my room was very quiet. WiFi very good. Check in and out was super smooth with everyone being 5 minutes early - like clockwork. Certainly recommend 100%

It’s a perfect stay for being right in the middle of wonderful downtown Singapore. The room was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was thankful for the washer/dryer also. Being next to Bugis Street was a real plus! You have to check out ALL of Bugis street. It seems never ending! Weekend nightlife, store shopping, fruit stand right around the corner, hawker center around the corner also! So, so many delicious food options (McDonalds right next door). Enjoyed the karaoke nights on the weekends in the alley behind the complex. So many highlights and so much fun! Lion was so helpful when we had questions. He was personally available for check-in also.

The place is great for one or two people. The studio has everything needed, including umbrellas. I mainly chose the place because of its workplaces and gym on the 5th floor. The workplace is great and offers fast internet. The gym is decent, but don't expect too much. I also used the small sauna, where I've always been alone. There are also lockers and showers. If needed, the studio will be cleaned 3 times a week. Breakfast is included, but I never went. Location-wise it's quite perfect, with restaurants and malls nearby, and Marina Bay Sands is a 10-15min. walk away. Overall can recommend it.

A small but clean and quiet spot conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown! Even though it’s right on one of the main streets, noise and foot traffic were never heard in the unit. Unfortunately, there was a bit of construction on the facade of the building so there were a few mornings we woke up to construction sounds happening literally right outside the window. But that’s not something the hosts could really do anything about and I think will be over soon. Overall, this was an awesome spot! A little cramped for two people, but very doable. And the WiFi works great. Definitely recommend!

It’s a comfortable, spacious, cozy apartment. The staffs are friendly. Fair price with such a great location.

The location is excellent and Kay is quick to respond and flexible when I needed to extend my stay. Weekday breakfast was included and there’s shuttle to the CBD area. Best of all, I was upgraded from a studio loft to a 2 -bedroom which my husband and I really appreciated. Thanks Kay.

We stayed for 10 days and had a fantastic time! The place is modern, new, and spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds and plenty of space for three adults. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and there are tons of amazing restaurants nearby. It’s also conveniently close to the MRT and bus stops, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Host is responsive and making sure all working good for me. The securities are in communication with host and make place safe n easy to communkcate with managemwnt. The eateries recommended by host were good. Garden cafe is a must go...walking distance. The other restaurants are within walking distance. gym and pool are clean. gd place to rest and relax.
