The owners are very accommodating. They also post ahead of time the directions on how to get to the place. Also, they informed us ahead of time of any power interruptions. While also on the venue, the owners are very nice to us.

We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. Thank you very much, we really appreciate everything.

Place was very convenient, been to other airbnbs in canyon cove and this is one of the best units i've booked. Ground floor so no hassle of climbing up the stairs, very near the pool and beach and the place is big. The wifi was fast enough for remote work setup and the place is complete of cooking materials and utensils even for grilling. They even let us stay longer since there's no booking the next day which is a plus. Will definitely book this place again.

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

The place is spacious and cozy. Highly recommended. Sir Japhet is very accommodating and responsive.

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended for groups and families with up to 9 members. Everything is according to the description and more. We had our 6 year old niece and she was happy to play, draw and have games with what was provided extra by the host - there’s sungka and jenga etc. The wifi is great plus the TV too. It’s a perfect staycation place if ever you want to be at The Pico de Loro. The Country Club was within walking reach, while the Pico Sands Beach is around 5-7 minutes depending on your pace.

Host is very accommodating and always checking the guest situation during the travel or getting in to the place

Our last minute booking was handled immediately. Host sent me all the needed instructions including contact details of the caretaker. Caretakers are very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The place is good for our family of 16 with senior citizens who occupied the 3 bedrooms at the ground floor. Remaining members stayed at the attic though no a/c, fans were provided; place is so breezy at night and has lots of mattresses, hammocks and bean bags. Place is very cozy. Kitchen is located outside for big family dinner overlooking the ocean. No wide beach front but has access to the beach and we even had a bonfire with the help of the caretakers. Only concern is the noise coming for the resort beside it. Videoke was too loud though they tone it down after 10pm. We'll definitely book again for family getaway. Thank you for accommodating us.

We had our team building in this place and they accommodated us attentively. The host is so generous that she allowed us to early check in and enjoy the front beach and their place. It is quite clean and we really had the best time to relax and enjoy. Kudos, thank you so much!! <3

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Sueno. Randi is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was made clear even prior to us booking the place. We loved our stay and the family enjoyed the grill, the bonfire, and pool. There are lits of things the kids can do and be busy with as the adults chat in the garden area. The beach is not really swimmable but we loved the view and walking or sitting by the shore. The place is very comfortable and ACs keep the house and room cool on sunny mornings til sunset. the kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you can think of including glass wines, spread board, serving dishes, a coffee maker, oven, and toasters. You will feel right at home when at Randi's place. Ate Mercy and kuya Renan were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely book this place again.

Super great find and I’d definitely go back. Place was very nice, good amenities, and all communications were very smooth. They had 4 pillows per bed which is amazing and quite rare. WiFi not so strong in rooms but good in living room. Lots of stores and groceries around. The nearby public beach isn’t the best walk and wasn’t very nice but the place is 10 mins away to canyon cove by car which we went to everyday. Other beaches a bit farther. Overall, me and my friends enjoyed the place very much. Thank you very much for hosting!

I had a great stay at this Home in San Juan Batangas! The place was clean and cozy, and the host was very kind and quick to respond. I highly recommend it for anyone!

Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

We had a great stay. The owner is so responsive. Also, the unit is huge for my toddler to walk. The building is near the country club. And also, around 5-10min walk din sa beach. I like that they have complete equipments too. Their place is great for a small family.

Great unit to stay in Pico. Everything you need and more in a family getaway is available in Don's place. Everything was clean and spotless. Don, Darby, and Marj were really responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a quick trip to Pico.
