We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. Thank you very much, we really appreciate everything.

We love our stay here! Will defenitely book again! I love that they have hotel like free personal stuff like toiletries, blower and cotton pads! It means they anticipated already what their guests will need during the stay. The comforter and bed is gorgeous! Interiors are nice and very hotel like. I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! Christine's place is very spacious, well-maintained, minimalist yet functional and above all, kid-friendly (and perfect for seniors also). For a family with toddlers who love to roam, this place was what I hoped for because there is ample floor space for my kids. While it would have been preferable if the TV were mounted a little higher (for child safety), this is just a personal preference. The balcony is perfect. The AC is cold, though we did not use it that much as we preferred the natural breeze. The beds are comfy. The bathroom/CR is spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was a slight, unusual odor in the kitchen drawers. I also appreciate their choice of tiles, not that slippery. Over-all this place is highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Shiraz Twin Lakes Tagaytay! The location was very convenient, being near our retreat venue and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, making the check-in and stay hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay!

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

What we liked: - Easy to find and check-in was hassle-free - The unit is exactly as described in the listing - The place is clean, sheets smelled nice, amenities are working well - WiFi is fast and having a Netflix account ready for guests was a huge plus - Complimentary beverages are provided (coffee, tea, hot choco) and was a really thoughtful touch - Parking is free and spacious What can be improved: - Host takes a while to respond to messages - Food delivery options are very limited. Only those within Twin Lakes will reflect on your food delivery apps. - Tiles going to the bathroom are popping out and can be hazardous if guests are not careful. - The light bulb in the bathroom sparked on our last night and there seemed to be a problem with the electrical system be ause the next day, the hot/cold water in the shower and faucet is no longer working. Overall rating: We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Thanks again for having us!

The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated. Her hospitality made our experience even better. Nice place. Bigger than expected. The unit was clean. We love spending time on the big balcony because of fresh air. They have everything you might need when strolling around the vicinity, there’s even hats to borrow. The location is a very short walking distance from the country club. They have also granted sa special request from us regarding check-in and check-out time, which we highly appreciated. We’ll definitely book again next time.

The place was spot on! although with the occassional water shortage and intermittent wifi signal, the place was very clean, spacious and near the beach. Thank you ms Raquel for being a proactive host. Her response time was very prompt and was very patient on my queries. Definitely a must stay if you plan to spend your vacation at Pico de Loro

The instructions to get to the place, on how to enter the place were crystal clear with photos to go with them. The place was peaceful with great surroundings. The place was clean when we got there and they provided towels and basic amenities. Will definitely go back when we are in the area.

my family and furbabies had fun! the staff was also very accommodating. met the owner ollie and their doggies, it was nice chatting with her. the pool was cleaned daily and the nature view was awesome. Smart and Globe signals are weak but all the more it forced us to connect with nature. Should you really need to post their insta-worthy sceneries or connect bec of work, the roofdeck has 4G

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

We typically book Airbnb accommodations when we visit Tagaytay, but this was the best stay we have ever experienced. The property is located within Tagaytay Highlands, so there's no need to venture into crowded areas to enjoy the beauty of Tagaytay. The place is superb—very clean and spacious. There's a clubhouse with a sizable pool just a street away from the house. Sir Marvin was highly responsive to our needs and incredibly generous. Lastly, a special thanks to our caring Ate Alejandra, who made our stay feel extra homey and comfortable.
