Awesome place, awesome location! I was very pleased with the unit we got! Clean, comfortable and near the best parts Puerto Galera. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. They helped me with my booking even if I planned and booked just the night before our visit. I will definitely be coming back here, and I would highly recommend this to everyone. Great Job!

New unit- clean and spacious for 1-2 people. Plus points for the dedicated workspace. The hosts were very responsive and patient with inquiries. The unit is located within a secure compound. The area is quiet but still accessible- shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay and were truly impressed by the house’s design and aesthetics. The place is cozy, well-equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need – from living room entertainment to kitchenware and utensils, as well as a heater and hairdryer in the bathroom. Even the dishwashing liquid was provided. Great place to stay for families and friends. Neil was also very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better.

Little Ajumma’s Bed and Breakfast (and restaurant!) made my family’s New Year Celebration, and my Birthday 🥰 a weekend very well spent! I’ll go ahead and commend the food, first and foremost, because it was really delicious! Our two-day breakfasts were great, and my birthday lunch was a hit! ☺️ Manage your expectations though, the place is not really brand new, but you can be assured it is clean. 👌🏻 No foul smells, no insects. The L-shaped sofa is comfy and perfect for movie marathons and the 8-seater dining set is big enough even for 10! The open plan living-dining-kitchen area is spacious. My 2-y/o niece had a blast running around inside the house. 😅 You get your money’s worth and more! More being the lush greenery of the surroundings. We had short but refreshing morning walks around the compound. If you are a dog person you’ll enjoy it here more! ☺️ The staff were wonderful as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t get all their names but special mention to Myla for being of assistance 24/7! Overall a nice experience, great way to kick off 2022! 🥳🎉

We made a last-minute booking, and it was a huge help that the host was very responsive. My friends and I originally had another reservation in San Pablo, but we decided to leave Manila two days earlier and booked Elite’s place. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the fast WiFi allowed us to work remotely—though there were a few moments when the connection dropped. The beds were comfortable, and since there were three of us, we were given two rooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. The location was convenient, with Dali just a short walk away for essentials, and Alfamart/Puregold only a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

The room is nice, comfortable bed TV+WIFI+Movie, lots of kitchen tools and provided bathroom utulity such as bodywash and shampoo. The place is near stores, near overlooking spots such Skyranch, TwinLakes, SVD Farm etc., and in front, there is jeepneeys and busses if you're looking to commute. Overall, had a chill and relax time staying.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

Our stay was 100000/10. It was my first time to experience staycation. Sobrang nasulit namin dahil para lang kaming nasa bahay. Kumpleto lahat ng gamit at sulit na sulit ang bayad 👌👌. Napaka responsive at bait din nila 😇 Babalik po kami! 💓

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host Christine and Wilma was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The place was spotless, well-equipped kitchen, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for peaceful relaxation though far away from malls, grocery and convenient stores. We truly felt at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches, like extra towels and recommendations for things to do nearby. Highly recommend this Airbnb – it was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

Very much recommended. Booked the place for a Christmas get-away with my parents- with the pandemic still much present. Kuya Jovit has been very responsive in answering my queries, and even took the trouble of arranging a building pass for my bike. The place is as accurate as they advertise- even much more. Breakfast things were indeed provided, toiletries (including Korean face masks!), bed-stuff etc. The unit was very clean, and was decorated with so much warmth, apt for Christmas. Told them that we might be cooking for Christmas, hence they provided pots and pans, condiments, and other kitchen untensils. We were there when the Dec 25 earthquake struck, and kuya jovit immediately contacted us to check on our well-being. All in all, a wonderful experience that will be treasured by my parents- earthquake and all. Impeccable cleanliness and generosity, multiplied by the warmth of our hosts.
