The owners are very accommodating. They also post ahead of time the directions on how to get to the place. Also, they informed us ahead of time of any power interruptions. While also on the venue, the owners are very nice to us.

We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. Thank you very much, we really appreciate everything.

Place was very convenient, been to other airbnbs in canyon cove and this is one of the best units i've booked. Ground floor so no hassle of climbing up the stairs, very near the pool and beach and the place is big. The wifi was fast enough for remote work setup and the place is complete of cooking materials and utensils even for grilling. They even let us stay longer since there's no booking the next day which is a plus. Will definitely book this place again.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended for groups and families with up to 9 members. Everything is according to the description and more. We had our 6 year old niece and she was happy to play, draw and have games with what was provided extra by the host - there’s sungka and jenga etc. The wifi is great plus the TV too. It’s a perfect staycation place if ever you want to be at The Pico de Loro. The Country Club was within walking reach, while the Pico Sands Beach is around 5-7 minutes depending on your pace.

The unit is located very near the pool and the beach, so it is easy to go back and forth. My family enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are so beautiful. Complete din yung mga gamit sa bahay (extra bed, beddings, kitchen tools and utensils). I am just so thankful that I found this place because yung una kong nakita is another travel app na wala pa maski isang review but the payment terms is too demanding already. So thankful for all the good reviews that became our reference and deciding point to book this place. Very responsive din si Ms. Oda and si Ma'am Belen. Thank you po for making our year-end family event the best so far!

Had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was easy to find and is the same as what is listed - not your high end airbnb type but made us feel at home and going back to simplicity of life. Maurine, the caretaker is a gem. She waited for us even we checked in very late, and attended us. Each morning, we have hot water available for coffee, unlimited ice already available in the fridge, kayak free of use and kitchen is complete too. Loved the duyans in this place, very relaxing. Can reco this place👌🏼

It was great, everyone is very friendly and helpful (the care taker) just ask them what you need or you don’t understand he’ll come and help you out. 100% recommended

The place is just as it appears in the photos. Beautiful and relaxing. Randi was so gracious a Host---catering to all of our requests--and is always available and responsive and easy to talk to. His caretakers ate Mercy and kuya Ranan were so thoughtful--always making sure we are safe in the beach--respectful of our privacy but always there when you needed them. Overall a great experience for my family!!! Thank you Randi and company for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Sobrang sulit ng stay namin dito magpipinsan to enjoy the beach of Laiya. Pinayagan pa kami mag early check in kasi walang nagcheck in before samin. Sobrang linis and kumpleto lahat so no hassle para samin. Sobrang bait pa ni Kuya JR to assist us.

The place is really modern, beautiful and very pet friendly. Would really recommend people to check this place. The host was a very great communicator, he is very helpful and responsive. The place is really good, it really looks like those photos you see in Pinterest. 10/10!! I will definitely think of coming back! Thank you!

Fabulous place!we loved it

Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

We had an amazing stay at Baron’s place. The unit is big enough to fit our family of 7 and we feel like it could fit more. Ate Rowena was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back to Baron’s place next time. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay. They layout of the apartment was lovely - the kitchen as well. Super cozy at night and the ambience is peaceful. All the employees in Pico were helpful and kind to us as well. Will definitely book this place again👍

Marlon’s place was so clean and full of the things we needed like water, hair dryer, towels, kitchen ware, and many more. The check in was smooth and on time as well. Marlon was very responsive ever since I booked his place which I really appreciate! There were free shuttles roaming around pico until night time and the area felt really safe. It was easy to get to and from the beach at any time we wanted and the guards were really helpful. I recommend staying at least 2 nights. Overall, would love to stay again! Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting Pico de Loro, any unit of SEE Condominium (or Joanne's listing here in Airbnb) is highly recommended. Easy check-in process and most importantly, they have responsive and helpful customer service.

Sir Noel is very responsive to all my inquiries. the place is clean and spacious yet very affordable.
