We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. Christine's place is very spacious, well-maintained, minimalist yet functional and above all, kid-friendly (and perfect for seniors also). For a family with toddlers who love to roam, this place was what I hoped for because there is ample floor space for my kids. While it would have been preferable if the TV were mounted a little higher (for child safety), this is just a personal preference. The balcony is perfect. The AC is cold, though we did not use it that much as we preferred the natural breeze. The beds are comfy. The bathroom/CR is spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was a slight, unusual odor in the kitchen drawers. I also appreciate their choice of tiles, not that slippery. Over-all this place is highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Shiraz Twin Lakes Tagaytay! The location was very convenient, being near our retreat venue and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, making the check-in and stay hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay!

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The room was gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained. The space went beyond my expectations, providing so much comfort. The beddings, pillows, towels and the bathroom, smells nice. The host - Alexandra, was very responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Even the guards were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place.

What we liked: - Easy to find and check-in was hassle-free - The unit is exactly as described in the listing - The place is clean, sheets smelled nice, amenities are working well - WiFi is fast and having a Netflix account ready for guests was a huge plus - Complimentary beverages are provided (coffee, tea, hot choco) and was a really thoughtful touch - Parking is free and spacious What can be improved: - Host takes a while to respond to messages - Food delivery options are very limited. Only those within Twin Lakes will reflect on your food delivery apps. - Tiles going to the bathroom are popping out and can be hazardous if guests are not careful. - The light bulb in the bathroom sparked on our last night and there seemed to be a problem with the electrical system be ause the next day, the hot/cold water in the shower and faucet is no longer working. Overall rating: We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Thanks again for having us!

The host is responsive plus the place is very accessible and convenient. While it is near the mall, it still offers that safe space and privacy that we needed. Overall, we had a great experience! Thank you, Brian.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Nette’s place is very homey and comfortable. We had a very easy time checking in. Lots of space to fit 8-12 people. Had things to do inside like board games, karaoke, guitar, etc. The house and its surroundings are beautiful. The inside pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The garage fit our pickup truck comfortably. There’s a sari sari store just across the street so we got the basic needs we needed. The subdivision itself is peaceful and has easy to navigate and wide roads. We loved Nette’s place and would definitely plan on going back, probably with family next time.

Had a great stay at Ms Grace’s place, since its a few minutes from the malls (sm & robinsons) we were able to get our necessities easily.. the kids also enjoyed the pool.. it’s bow their favorite pool 😅

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.
