The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Additionally, Ate Mary Grace was accommodating and was one-call away. Thank you for hosting us, Jun!

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

We are total of 17 Pax(includes 1 child,1 infant and 1 senior) plus 3 of our dogs. the place is clean and the resort staff are very accomodating. here's the pros and for improvement as guide: *PROS* -the rooms are all clean. -the bed sheets and covers are all clean and newly laundered. - all rooms are airconditioned. - they have total of 2Nipa huts for easy access to seniors and those with infants. - they are pet friendly. - the pool is clean. guests can still swim at night since the water is not cold. - the videoke is available,with fee(inform them day ahead that you want to avail it). - they offer cooking food for you, just inform them ahead of time. - the beside mart is also a plus. everything we need is there. - rest rooms are everywhere. they have restrooms for each room and common cr near the pool. - they have verandas on some Nipa's as well. - there are those fishermen that will approach you at the beach area for fresh seafood. - they have a big kitchen with 2 refrigerator

everyone was very accommodating. Had a great time and lots of compliments from friends and relatives who dropped by and visit during our stay. We had our wedding prep done here and everything went very smoothly thank you for the help of Ate Tala, Rey, Eric and another lady I forgot to ask her name. thank you so much. We'll be coming back for sure.

Super worth the price. Sobrang bait rin ng mga caretakers. Malinis and well maintained yung unit. Well recommended and we will definitely go back.

Ms.Laura's place was very commendable, all photos that were posted in her account, matched the description. Unfortunately, there was no wifi but it was good to have no internet since as a guest, we should not focus on gadgets or social media during staycation. Lets relaxed and chill. Overall, the place was good! and hoping for another staycation at Ms.Laura's place.

Host Melissa is wonderful! Also her caretaker is very kind, maasikaso, marespeto, basta Nanay Jeng (?) I forgot her name huhu sorry, is excellent, she deserves a raise! Place is good! Ang lamig! Super. Nakapagrelax kami ng sobra. Ang peaceful. Ang tahimik which is 'yun talaga bet namin. Nearby stores din so no worries sa mga needs! :) Mababait din mga guards nila! I really love our stay there. Overall, Host Melissa, her caretaker, and the place are outstanding! 🥰 will recommend!

We had a great stay in their unit! Their unit is very spacious and easy to access. Ms. Charie and sir Ralph is very responsive and they fix the broken fixture (bidet) right away. I like that its self check in because I dont have to wait for anyone to assist me. Very clear instructions. The only thing that needs improvement is the AC. Its a bit hot considering the temp is already 17 degrees, good thing a fan is provided. Otherwise, great stay to unwind with the family.

Our one week stay isn’t enough that I had to extend 2 more days. Place is very quiet and peaceful. Medjo malayo sa mga establishments but may mga store na nasa baba mismo ng building. Take note that some of them nagcloclose ng 9pm. Shell is also walking distance. Place is homey, complete utensils, clean bathroom. Ms Vicka is also very active and friendly in communicating. Will definitely come back.
