Had a lovely stay at Catherine’s. The place had everything you could need. The hot tub was lovely, extra towels were brilliant - as I had forgotten to bring one. The bed was sooo comfy! Easy check in, beautiful peaceful surroundings. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend ☺️

Dairy cottage was compact, cute and cosy and had everything we needed. Check in was really simple and check out at 11am was fab. Dani lives next door and met us on the driveway as we pulled in. She had the hot tub ready and explained how everything worked. The bed in the main bedroom was enormous and a sooo comfy with plenty of storage. The second bunk room was very small but suited my teenage girls fine. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed including homemade bread from Dani ! Huge dinging table for breakfasts and dinners, a comfy sofa with smart tv and a log burner for the evenings. Bath was a 10 minute drive away, nearby walks for dogs and a lovely pub at the bottom of the road. All in all a great cottage in a super location and a welcoming host. I would defo recommend.

We had an extraordinary stay in Riverside house- which is a beautiful and luxurious ancient stone house - surrounded by flowers and a herb garden. It was extremely clean and extremely comfortable and pampering. It contains just everything that anyone might need and much more up to the tiniest details. The meticulously cultivated garden is beautiful and so is the heated swimming pool- with gorgeous view. The whole place is located in wild nature, the atmosphere is calm and there is complete privacy. Penny and Richard are outstanding hosts. We felt it from the first moment we got to the place and met them. They were so generous, caring and willing to help us with any information we needed and every trouble we got into- and we got some ... - not connected by any means to the place or hosting which were pefect. We are looking forward to visiting and having wonderful time in this marvelous hosting location.

Thank you for hosting us, Aisha. The cottage and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. Inside, the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is a particular highlight and features a fantastic bath and underfloor heating. We were fortunate to spend New Year’s Eve at this property and were greeted with a Christmas/NYE card and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch! Thank you for that! Aisha was very responsive both before and during our trip, answering a question we had on arrival really promptly. A fantastic retreat in a peaceful village - with Bath being close by if you want to drive and explore locally! Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you.

Lovely house. Pristine condition and cleanliness. Owners / hosts were great and very accommodating. Beautiful house and wished me had stayed longer !! Well appointed kitchen facilities and additional Bluetooth speaker. Not sure what value Holidaycottages adds as they didn’t pass on the request for a double bed and the early check in request needed to be made to the hosts/owners too. The hosts / owners were great and sorted everything for us.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful setting with incredible views. It’s hard to imagine that you are just a step away from Bath but the outlook is nothing but unspoilt peaceful countryside. Ideal to chill and relax. The cottage has every thing you could wish for and lots of special extras: Hot tub/ Ice bath/ various bar and eating areas indoors and out and so much more. Claire and James have been super helpful - the perfect hosts😊We plan to come back.

Have just returned from this lovely property and it was just perfect. The location is idyllic, a beautiful little village but easy reach of Bath and Bristol. The cottage was beautiful, individually decorated, homely with lots of little extras, like tea and coffee, a well stocked kitchen and beds that were so comfortable we were looking at the mattresses to find out where they came from! The property was spacious, good sized bedrooms, excellent showers and a delightful courtyard garden which is perfect to enjoy a coffee in the mornings. As described parking is a little tight at the property but we parked easily in the road and just walked up the drive which was well lit at night. There was a really good info folder in the cottage with lots of recommendations for local places to eat, we chose The Litton pub, great food and very reasonably priced drinks. We’d love to return to this cottage and are hoping to do so at a later date.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, cosy and exactly as described. It is in a really peaceful and quiet place with beautiful views. We especially loved the walk just outside of the property. Chris was really helpful and responded to queries really quickly. He made the experience easy and stress free which was appreciated. Would really recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

From the moment we booked this place, we knew our weekend was going to be great. The accomodation looked beautiful and was in the perfect location as we wanted to head into Bath and Monkton Comb. Tony was very helpful over message and gave us plenty of information ahead of our booking. Check in was very easy and the house was beautiful with everything you would need - we could've moved in for months it was that well equipped! Thanks again for helping make this trip so special for my mum's birthday 🎂

Absolutely stunning place to stay, beautiful location, very peaceful, the cottage is finished to a high standard, fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area. Unfortunately I was on a work trip and didn’t get to explore locally, but would love to return for a peaceful escape with my family.

Wonderful stay! The app with info, in-house info and the booking system for the pool were all very informative and helpful, much appreciated. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, and the pool (the main reason for our stay) was a true highlight. To be able to book in with a lot of flexibility and privacy was wonderful, as well as the long hours available for booking. Cream tea on arrival was delicious! The property itself has everything you need, and we can't wait to book to stay again.

We’ve just come back from staying in NO 1 Linhay cottages, and it was beautiful stay. Everything was clean spotless and had so many lovely little touches that must have gone into this when building and designing the inside. You have everything you need plus more! Love the open plan downstairs which leads into ample outside space and big open patio doors. In the kitchen you even get a coffee machine with pods. And the upstairs bedrooms have plenty of space with both having en-suit bathrooms. Which were lovely and all done to a high spec. We came for our wedding anniversary with our teenage son and our small Cavapoo lady. We also loved the little touch’s outside with include outside games and ping pong. Rob and his dad were extremely friendly when we spoke to them in person when we was there. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for having us.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. Steve and Kirsty had left some milk for us which was appreciated for an immediate cup of tea and were very quickly responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect cottage with good amenities

We enjoyed our stay, perfect location walking distance to main attractions in Bath, peaceful green surroundings, shops nearby, the house itself is very spacious, we found the beds very comfortable!

Amy’s home was the perfect place for our young family to stay. Completely set up as if it were our own house , with every little detail thought of - baby monitors, bath toys, the lot! The house has absolutely everything you need , it’s clean, it’s quiet and cosy. Thanks Amy.

We had wonderful time staying at Fern Cottage Coach House. The cottage was well equipped and very cosy. The bed was comfortable and waking up to the sound of the birds and the stream beside the cottage was very peaceful. 10 minute drive from the City of Bath, was nice to get away from the busyness of the city. Would definitely recommend!

Great cottage, easy communication, perfect for our group of 5 for 2 nights

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful setting very near Bath, but also great for walks along the canal with a wonderful cafe serving fresh delicious home made food. Katy was welcoming, friendly and attentative. Some welcome goodies, biscuits, juice, cereals etc which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean with added touches such a little Christmas tree with lights. Would love to come back and visit again as such a special little cottage. Thank you Katy.
