We had a really lovely stay and apart from an initial misunderstanding which was quickly and easily resolved, our stay was perfect. It was lovely to dump our cases so that we could enjoy Bath, it was great to have a slightly later check-out of 11 and it was lovely to dump our cases to enjoy lunch without trundling them around Bath. The house was perfect for our needs!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

Richard’s property felt like a home from home and made the perfect base for a family weekend supporting our youngest at a local football tournament. The level of detail and cleanliness is exceptional and offered everything you’d need for a comfortable family stay. Beds were all comfortable in airy rooms with fresh linen. Decor is great shape and taste with some amazing wooden features such as the fireplace, window shelves, hot tub lodge and gorgeous coffee table that if I’m not mistaken was all expertly crafted by the host himself. The hot tub is a great feature and certainly helped with Jacks sore muscles after his tournament. Keynsham high street is a ten min walk from the property which also provides spacious off road parking for two vehicles. We had a loverly relaxed stay at Richards property and would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the beautiful local area. Finally, thank you Richard for the great stay and also the loverly bottle of fizz that welcomed our arrival.

We had a fabulous stay, comfortable and excellent location with easy walking to Bath either through Victoria Park or along the road. Excellent communication and would highly recommend, it was perfect for our visit to Bath.

Just back from a wonderdul week in Bath to spend time with the family. Jens home was as the pictures and description. Straight forward to find and access into the house with parking easy as well. A quiet and safe area with just a 30 min walk into the lovely city of Bath. We felt very at home, everything was there that we needed. Comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended if you want a home from home.

Great place to stay for a trip to Bath! Great location, close to the city centre, easily accessible by Uber or bus! Beautiful home, perfect for a group of you staying, chilled environment, comfortable beds. Would 100% stay again!

Comfortable and well equipped house, in easy walking distance of Bath city centre and its attractions. The house is historic and quirky, spread over 3 floors connected by lots of quite steep stairs. Well stocked cupboards with all basic needs covered, which made it easy to cook, or there were many delicious options for eating out. Alison was immediately responsive and helpful to find solutions to minor problems. The road is a little noisy, but bedrooms are at the back of the house. The small courtyard garden is very attractive.

The garden flat was very clean and comfortable and only 8 minutes walk to the city centre, We had a wonderful couple of days staying at Henry’s flat and would certainly use it again when we next come to Bath.

The stay was amazing! It was everything and more than described and shown on the photos. Clare was a great host, the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and her recommendations were very nice and helpful too! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Bath!

Jonny’s place was perfect for our Sister trip to Bath. Close to train station, shops, eateries and all we came to Bath to see. It was quiet and had everything we needed. As a Superhost myself, it is great to stay at a place to see how other hosts are going above and beyond to make their guest feel comfortable and welcome. We just loved and appreciated the tea/coffee bar that was provided- a cuppa was the perfect way to settle in upon arrival after our long journey. I would love to come back!

Our stay with Margaret was amazing. She was so flexible with allowing us to drop our bags off early. She allowed us to use her own bathroom and filled our childrens’ water bottles since the previous guests hadn’t yet departed. She was also willing to clean as quickly as she could so we could check in early (we didn’t do that as we had a full Day planned but appreciated her being so accommodating). The space we stayed in was large, clean, and private. She also let me use her washer and dryer to do our laundry since we hadn’t quite packed enough for a two week Holiday and expected we would have to do laundry somewhere on the way. She was available quickly for any issues or queries and I was so happy with our stay. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in bath. There’s a beautiful walking trail to get to the centre of town as well. Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

excellent studio flat. very stylish comfortable bed. Note that it is accessed via external descending stone steps which requires some care.

Another perfect stay at this amazing place. Peaceful but within walking distance of the city. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather with easy access to the Bath skyline walk. The Place is so beautifully appointed, it really is our favourite place to stay. Thank you, can’t wait to return.

we had a lovely weekend stay at Katrinas place. She was there to greet us on check-in and was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, amazing private garden, clean and comfortable accommodation with a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen area. There was even a little hamper containing tea, coffee, crumpets & cereal plus milk, butter & jam in the fridge - a lovely touch! The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good pressure. The bed is a double size so a little smaller than our usual kingsize but still very comfortable. The walk into Bath is about 15-20 mins and is quite steep. We did this a few times (coming back is a bit of a work out and decent footwear is recommended) We took an uber into town and back one night which costs around £7 each way so not too bad. Bath is truly lovely and we would definitely recommend Katrina's place as a lovely base.

We stayed for two nights in this lovely little apartment which was in a great location. Clear and concise instructions from the host about how to access the property, very clean and good amenities.

A brilliant & fun stay in such quirky accommodation. Loved the location with the benefit of being so central to all we wanted in Bath City. Really nice communication from Christian & Sian from start to finish with some really helpful info and recommendations along the way. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We had a lovely stay in Widcombe and found Helen’s place extremely comfortable and quiet. We were given clear instructions so check in was easy. Widcombe is a beautiful part of Bath within easy access of the station. We enjoyed the walk and views from Alexandra Park, the Halfpenny for tapas and the little shops. It was also a great base for exploring the city. We were lucky with the weather and did a lot in 3 days. Would not hesitate to book again.

Excellent scenic location and great penthouse view of Bath! The building seems very new or very well renovated. Excellent host with clear check in and checkout instructions. Perfect for large family to relax after a busy day of walking and sightseeing! Would highly recommend and stay here again if we find ourselves back in Bath.

We absolutely loved it here. I wanted something different than the usual hotel room and this stood out in the listings. It is a fabulous apartment - beautiful inside with amazing high ceilings, everything finished to a high standard and a wonderful view out over Pulteney Weir. We had the balcony doors open all the time to get the noise from the water. We could live here, it is just a perfect example of what the dream Bath apartment is like. Large shower and a huge bath, although we didn't have time for one. Great location in the city centre with everything within walking distance. Good communication and easy keypad access. It has real wow factor and made our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

Ian’s place was absolutely fantastic! Ian was there to meet us at the apartment and walk us through when we got there, which was very helpful! He had been kind enough to leave us freshly baked bread from the local bakery and ensured we had milk and butter in the fridge for our stay. There really was no expense spared and such a thoughtful host. Everything was beautifully cleaned and it felt very comfortable for us. Can’t recommend Ian’s place enough!

We had a lovely time in this fabulous place. Very quiet spot and super location for a walk to Bath, Saltford or Keynsham. Not far to the bus or train if your legs have done enough walking

Eileen and Trevor were great hosts, the place was lovely, just as described, very clean and in walking distance to town. Trevor was very helpful at check in giving us the tour of the place and showing the map with lots of local recommendations. Would love to visit again.
