A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Bath. A home from home. A big thank you to our hosts who were both thoughtful and helpful. The check in and check out times were very flexible. All of our party thought it was an excellent place and we hope to visit again .

Overall superb. Minor niggles, lack of cooking implements only one sharp knife and that was for bread. Not good for cutting veg! You should put in description that there is a high chair, we needn't have brought ours. Bath council's rules on bins and recycling are very onerous, here we have just three bins and are in the top 5 in the UK for recycling. All-in-all, well done. Paul

I stayed at Chris’s for a weekend with my husband, son and dog and had a great time. Chris was super helpful from the time we booked and provided lots of helpful recommendations so I could book restaurants etc in advance. The house was warm and cosy we when arrived, with supplies in the fridge waiting for us which was a lovely touch as we arrived late at night. Everything was spotlessly clean and the house is well equipped with all you need for your stay. Chris let us have a slightly later checkout on our last day which was great as we had a little lie in after my husband’s birthday. We had our car so there was no issue in getting around but am not sure how easy that would be on public transport. It was a very quick drive into Bath though. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This house was perfect for us, the views from the house are amazing, facilities were everything we needed for our 2 month stay, underfloor heating throughout the downstairs is excellent, never felt cold in this house.

An absolutely wonderful retreat from the city centre despite being less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Beautifully decorated, well appointed, cosy yet classy interiors, super spacious living room and kitchen/dining space, lovely neighbourhood (super private and quiet!), superb views of Bath, light and airy, cosy beds, lovely showers and all in all very impressive. The kind of place that you want to spend time in even if you’re looking to explore the city, which is quite an achievement. As a surprise for one of our guests, they were super happy. Very responsive and accommodating hosts (allowed us to leave luggage in the property until 1:30pm despite check out being at 10:30am). 3 bathrooms (including 2 en suite) which is super helpful when you have 4 guests — no need to fight for your turn! The space is clearly very well thought out — very logical but also super stylish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bath and looking for a special place to stay. Bravo!

Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

Nous avons apprécié l’intimité du lieu, apprécié la piscine après avoir découvert Bristol, Bath, Lacock, Castlecombe sous un soleil magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très discrets et toujours disponibles si besoin . Le cri des mouettes, des palombes amoureuses, les moutons trop mignons et la prairie de fleurs 🌸❤️. Faites la balade à pied jusqu’à Lacock c’est un vrai bonheur. Que du positif merci encore aux propriétaires !

A beautiful little place, in a beautiful little spot. We found a cute welcome basket on the table with a welcome pack and snacks. It’s very clean and tidy, with lovely decor. A good selection of additional amenities; great selection of books & games! The hot tub was a fantastic addition too! The garden area was very secure, which was a relief as we had our dog with us - he loved the place too! Lots to do, not too far of a drive to get to so many different places! The hosts were lovely, welcoming us as we arrived & gave clear instructions on how to find the property. I would highly recommend this little hideaway, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area! Thank you Gemma & Roly! :)

Three friends in their 40’s away for a short weekend. Perfect place to catch up. Pool was wonderful to have. Pub a stones throw away. Easy to stroll around the country lanes and fields. Very clean in all rooms and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Jacqui was on hand whilst respecting our privacy. We would return.

We stayed at Emma's house for a family weekend, it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court was really fun, the house was spacious and beautiful. Emma was really helpful. the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fabulous. Thanks so much for a perfect weekend.

We loved our stay at Tamsin's place. She was there to greet us, gave us a walkthrough of the cottage and some top tips for places to go. The cottage was spotlessly clean and really warm, as well as the added bonus of having the wood burner, which made the evenings super cosy. The beds are comfy and it was just so nice to sit in bed with a cup of tea and hear the birds. The location is beautiful and there are walks from the door to both Glastonbury Tor, Glastonbury Town, as well as the local farm shop and cafe, Middlewick Farm, which was a great place for a morning coffee. Overall it was the perfect place for a long weekend, my only regret was that we wish we'd stayed longer!

Carole is a super superhost. 125 is so much larger than we expected, comfy beds, powerful shower, more than fully equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful and all the extra thoughtfull touches, very much appreciated and made our stay even better than we expected. Ben is an amazing host - responsive and gave good recommendations for the local area. The property is situated in a stunning, quaint town but is close enough to make trips to both Bristol and Bath. The property itself is gorgeous and exactly how described. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and family 😊

I booked Sharon’s place for my fiancés birthday & it was lovely! Such a peaceful space to relax in, beautiful surroundings & spacious too! I asked Sharon about birthday decorations and she was more than happy to help, she left out balloons, banners & left some goodies for us too! The weekend was amazing, Sharon responded quickly too when we put the wrong post code in the maps! Thanks for everything Sharon🥰.

We had a brilliant stay in Bath. The flat is incredibly conveniently located and has all the amenities we needed including outside space for the dog (which is hard to find in Bath!). We did have one issue with the boiler which was solved very quickly with some instructions from Dan and Katie. We also only worked out the heating on the day we left (the thermostat's in the lounge rather than the hallway) - but I'm sure I could have messaged and asked for help with this sooner if we'd really needed it. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Thanks to the hosts!

Lovely home, clean & comfortable. It was in a very easily commutable location and Scott was very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Tess’ place. We misjudged our time a little and were very happy with Tess letting us check in early! The place was comfortable, well equipped, and quiet. Perfect for short stays. It was very easy to find with good parking. We had a little issue with getting the temperature of the place down so it got a little hot throughout the night. However, Tess had decorated the place beautifully and the little touches made it feel homely.

Lovely spot near to both Bath and Bristol, lovely countryside. We were very comfortable whilst there very comfortable beds and having 2 en suites was a bonus.

Belinda was a fantastic host and we really enjoyed our stay and the bed is one of the comfiest beds we've stayed in. The property was we just we needed as a base to go off to loads of different places.
