The property was as described and did not disappoint. We absolutely loved the screened in porch which looked out over the river. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had a storm that caused a power failure. Mike and Tracey went above and behond making sure we were comfortable and took great care of us!! We couldn't have asked for better host. We hope to go back and stay again. Highly recommend

I stayed a month while looking for my permanent home. This place was perfect...peaceful, fully furnished, stocked. Dylilah was very responsive from my very first message to her. She was also proactive in sending me the address for a local storm shelter when we had a day of bad weather/tornado watches. The place was very clean and had everything I needed to stay for the month. All appliances are well-maintained and easy to use. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit this area. It's only a short drive to town and to David Crockett State Park. I felt safe and at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Brandon is a very nice and more than fair person. He came by taking care of thing only when we were gone ,no interruptions, he would call and see if anything was needed and act according all in it was a great place I give Him a"BIG THUMBS UP "%100

Great little cabin close to everything in Pickwick. Quiet neighborhood with easy in and out instructions. Excellent place to stay, been there before and plan to stay there next year..

Great location- easy to locate and access. We utilized both the indoor and outdoor space during our visit. The house was cozy, clean, and spacious. We are grateful for the opportunity to take all 5 of our dogs for the first time. The owner was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and professional. We look forward to using this spot again soon.

Tremendous home fully equipped with everything needed to have an enjoyable weekend at the lake. Plenty of room for 2 families, 10 slept easily.

We loved every minute in this home. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out and oh so peaceful. From sunrises with coffee, to sunsets with a glass of wine, the views are exceptional from the home and the dock. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit at night. The master suite is a stunner. And that kitchen! We were sad to leave and sincerely hope we get the chance to stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding, and the little green cottage was plenty of space for us (five adults and a baby). It was clean, cute, comfortable, quiet, good parking and really was close to everywhere we needed to go—including Chickasaw State Park about 20 minutes away and restaurants in Jackson, TN. And the neighborhood seemed peaceful and safe. Melanie was very quick and friendly to respond by text to a couple of questions. We’d definitely stay here again!
