Stayed here for just 1 night with my partner for her birthday. The studio is very lovely and in a fantastic location! Alexander allowed us to check in early which was super helpful! I would definitely stay again and fully recommend if you are looking to be close to the city centre.

I had a very comfortable stay at Carola’s place. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need. I had the pleasure of meeting Carola, who is such a friendly and fantastic host. The area is very quiet, making it the perfect spot for a restful and peaceful stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here!

Wow! What a lovely stay we had in Charlotte’s apartment. A home away from home with added extras. The apartment was spotless, charming with quirky decor and was very homely and welcoming. The outdoor hot tub area was fantastic and the added extras in the kitchen and pantry were a lovely touch, especially providing sanitary products in the bathroom. The bedroom area was incredibly cosy and inviting for sleep. Great location for those looking to stay a short walk from the city centre. Charlotte as a host was extremely attentive and responsive to any queries, we had a fantastic time and will be my go to accommodation for whenever I visit bath! Thank you so much 😊

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

Laura was friendly amd proactive throughout, we were kept up to date on the whole process and were given some really good recommendations which made our stay wven better. The place was cosy and came with lots of extra amenities. Also a really good location with great transport links

I had a great stay at Aneta’s place! The room and kitchen were clean and well-kept, and the location was perfect. Aneta was friendly and welcoming.

Well what can I say, Julie goes above and beyond with all the little touches around the Annex. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste incase you forgot yours, it’s little thoughtful touches like that that makes this place special. Julie is lovely very welcoming and friendly I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. It happened to be my Birthday the day we arrived and Julie even managed to make that extra special with extra treats a banner and balloons. I was very touched by this. Beds very comfortable, rooms immaculate and very stylish decor. Even a BBQ in the shed. Only one tiny thing missing a small table to put the food on for the BBQ. Not a criticism just an observation it would have made things a little easier when using the BBQ. I know i could have asked and you would probably have provided but i didn’tlike to bother you😁. But overall 10/10 for the place and the host. Julie thank you so much, you obviously care about your guests comfort and enjoyment.

Excellent place and great host

We stayed for a couple of nights with our two young children in order to go to Longleat Safari Park. It was perfectly located and a beautiful place to stay. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who is visiting nearby.

Lovely stay, the rooms were very comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. Anne Marie was very kind to accommodate flexible check-in and out. The bathrooms are really lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer :)

This is a beautiful annex in a pretty town - the location was perfect for us in the festive period. Everything was squeaky clean and there was were some lovely features to make the space personal and cosy. The only difference from our expectations was the lack of a hob/cooker - seeing the place had a kitchen we brought all the bits for cooked breakfasts, but the cooking equipment is a toaster, kettle and combi microwave. Luckily there were nice cafes nearby and we had a lovely stay, thank you!

Our 3 team members really enjoyed their stay. A lovely house, very homely and extremely helpful hosts. We would definitely stay again when working in that area.

Great location and area to stay, very close to main Bristol city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants with lots to do nearby. The stay was lovely, and Arti was really helpful and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was also great, and had all the utilities we could need, so would recommend if you want somewhere cosy and private to stay while also being able to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer.

Charlotte is the perfect host. Accommodating all my requests regarding the environment. The room was cozy and clean. Had a great sleep in the lovely bed. Would definitely stay again

I stayed for one quick night at Jason’s flat. The flat in general was spotless, the room was just as described and the bathroom was in perfect condition, super clean! The location is relation to my needs was absolutely perfect, the access to the flat was easy. There is no number for the house, just a brown gate, but still impossible to miss it and Jason was available at all time. Nothing else to say. All perfect. Thank you Jason!

Tom is an honest host who responds well to any query. He acts in the best interest of his guests and shows understanding to one's situation. It was indeed an honour to deal with him and his colleague/assistant. I highly recommend dealing with them as they proved themselves to be trustworthy and caring.

The accommodation itself was lovely, well kept, had everything we needed, was very private with the wall around it, and an excellent space for our dog to go out into. The surrounding was idyllic, we went on a completely different riverside walk every day, heading to different local villages and pubs. It was easy to get into Bath too, and the pub just over the road was a gem!

Could not have asked for a better weekend with Rich. Rich really was kindness itself and was so easy to arrange everything. Room was great and I think the bed is the comfiest I have slept in for some time. A 5 mins walk to central Bristol I can not recommend Rich’s place enough!!

This exceptional apartment was neat, clean and tidy with tasteful decor. Kate provided bread, butter, jam, breakfast cereals, milk, juice and freshly baked blueberry muffins which were scrumptious. A coffee machine with pods and a good selection of teas was also on hand. The bed was so comfortable. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was very handy too. The apartment is perfectly situated with tranquil walking trails close by and a bus stop2 minutes away to take you into the city centre . This is a faultless apartment and up there with one of the best I have stayed in. Thank you
