Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Ideal location - we used the park and ride at Odd Down. Supermarket just over the road.

We were lucky enough to have a weeks stay at Dannis beautiful home over Christmas and everything was just perfect! The cottage is so beautifully designed and has everything you need along with the most idilic and peaceful views. It was the perfect break! Danni was a fab host and very quick to respond to any messages. Couldn't recommend this wonderful home anymore and thank you so much for having us & the dogs stay!

we had the most wonderful girly weekend here, what a dream being able to paddle board from the front door! lovely walks nearby and gorgeous places to eat on Cirencester. would definitely come back!!

Rebecca’s place is a wonderful place for a calm getaway around Cotswold. We stayed for 2 nights with our two boys and they just loved it there. The house is lovely with two floors and 3 bed room, although the wood floors at the stairs and second floor made some noises while walking but we assumed it was normal for houses in UK. The place was not far from super market so it was easy to get easy meals from Tesco extra and cooked at the house. The hosts (Rebecca and Katie) were responsive over messages, so all issues were sorted very quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if we visit England again.

Myself and five friends had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Lake House. Mark was prompt with any queries and kindly let us check-in early after some of our group had travelled from far away. The house was as described and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the three spot-less bathrooms. The sun shone for us, so we were able to enjoy the wrap-around decked outdoor seating area and take advantage of the kayak and rowing boat. The attention to detail with the provision of sporting equipment and board games was fantastic! We enjoyed walks along the canal and to other easily accessible lakes and had a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. My friends all discussed returning in the future as a group and with our families. Thank you Mark for making our weekend.

What a place, what a location, what a city! We were 8 middle aged men on our annual university rugby club reunion attempting to re-live memories of a time gone by! A large spacious top floor flat with an open kitchen/lounge downstairs, 3 bedrooms (4 large beds) upstairs, and amazing views - the place was perfect for us. The location was right near a number of pubs and bars with the rest of the city just a short walk away so no need for taxis to get around. Darts, boat trips, live rugby, great food (the Hat Greek Bistro was fantastic), and a little bit! of drinking kept us busy. I used the one gated parking space with everyone else coming by train. If driving be careful of bus/taxi lanes and one way streets! Bristol has so much to offer with such a great friendly feeling, we all had a great time and said a return trip would be a brilliant idea. Charlotte was the ultimate host and made the whole process and stay really easy - thank you. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Tom’s air bnb while our house is undergoing renovations. Tom is very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. I would highly recommend Tom as a host, super host 👍

Our stay with Margaret was amazing. She was so flexible with allowing us to drop our bags off early. She allowed us to use her own bathroom and filled our childrens’ water bottles since the previous guests hadn’t yet departed. She was also willing to clean as quickly as she could so we could check in early (we didn’t do that as we had a full Day planned but appreciated her being so accommodating). The space we stayed in was large, clean, and private. She also let me use her washer and dryer to do our laundry since we hadn’t quite packed enough for a two week Holiday and expected we would have to do laundry somewhere on the way. She was available quickly for any issues or queries and I was so happy with our stay. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in bath. There’s a beautiful walking trail to get to the centre of town as well. Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

excellent studio flat. very stylish comfortable bed. Note that it is accessed via external descending stone steps which requires some care.

Another perfect stay at this amazing place. Peaceful but within walking distance of the city. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather with easy access to the Bath skyline walk. The Place is so beautifully appointed, it really is our favourite place to stay. Thank you, can’t wait to return.

we had a lovely weekend stay at Katrinas place. She was there to greet us on check-in and was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, amazing private garden, clean and comfortable accommodation with a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen area. There was even a little hamper containing tea, coffee, crumpets & cereal plus milk, butter & jam in the fridge - a lovely touch! The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good pressure. The bed is a double size so a little smaller than our usual kingsize but still very comfortable. The walk into Bath is about 15-20 mins and is quite steep. We did this a few times (coming back is a bit of a work out and decent footwear is recommended) We took an uber into town and back one night which costs around £7 each way so not too bad. Bath is truly lovely and we would definitely recommend Katrina's place as a lovely base.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Great flat in Bristol and perfect for our hen weekend. Very responsive and let us check in early. Flat was great. Parking was tight in the private carpark but lucky we didn't have a problem. Thanks for a great flat.

We had a lovely time at the flat in Tetbury, great location and fantastic to have a garden in a first floor flat. Town amenities and peaceful walks are both close at hand. The flat itself is very well equipped, we found everything we needed easily. The living room with 3 big windows is light and airy, and very spacious. Our visit coincided with The Masters and we were able to use Now TV (with our own account) on both TVs, Victoria was really responsive in checking this was possible for us. All in all a great place to stay in Tetbury.

This is the third time we have stayed here and again it was great, the accommodation is brilliant, comfy and private, the kitchen has everything you need to make your own food and drinks, on arrival there was milk and bread etc so you can have a brew, the bed is comfy and the shower is awesome, the surrounding area is beautiful and there are various walks around and a lovely pub in the village, Michelle and John are excellent hosts and are very responsive if you have any questions, we love staying here and will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

Excellent scenic location and great penthouse view of Bath! The building seems very new or very well renovated. Excellent host with clear check in and checkout instructions. Perfect for large family to relax after a busy day of walking and sightseeing! Would highly recommend and stay here again if we find ourselves back in Bath.

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

We had such a fantastic stay at Melanie’s property, it’s a great place in a fantastic location - highly recommend!

Honestly we couldn’t have asked for more, Mags was absolutely wonderful and such a lovely person she helped us so much through our stay, not only that she was so friendly and a pleasure to speak too. The flat was spotless and everything was as described and pictured. The surroundings were beautiful honestly the perfect get away for anyone. I cannot recommend this stay enough.
