Beautiful house, lovely renovations inside. Rooms Beautiful with practical furniture. Smells so lovely and very clean. Super homey and comfortable. Amazing communication. Will stay here again when visiting our family there.

Hailing's accommodation was exactly what we wanted - very comfortable, clean, quiet and easy to get to. Our host was very responsive with communication and we enjoyed a lovely stay with everything we needed. My son and I were in Bathurst for a golf tournament and we were very pleased to be located so close to the course (2 mins). Only a few minutes from the centre of Bathurst and equally close to Mt Panorama (which we ran around this morning - highly recommend this!). Bathurst is a lovely town with lots of interesting things to do, lovely countryside and excellent golf! A stay at Hailing's place is the perfect way to enjoy all of this in comfort! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at PiperApt. It is cosy and extremely comfortable. Melinda has done a fantastic job in styling the apt. It is well appointed with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is in a quiet street and an easy walking distance to the CBD. Close to cafes , restaurants and pubs. We certainly would stay again when in Bathurst and recommended it highly.

Easy communication and easy to find a great little spot for workers or a little get away

We enjoyed our stay. Jody was easy to communicate with and gave good recommendations for dining. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and smelt clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and good heating.

Jann’s place was an amazing vacation away from the busy city. We really enjoy exploring the town and the surrounding 7 valleys. Would make the move to these towns; it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The place felt just like a home as it was neat and tidy with the little touches to make it home. Upon arriving, we have a milk to make a coffee after a long drive, as well as wine for later. The place has a lot of things you would need. Easy and clear instructions on how to access the house and information booklets for places to see and visit. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay as you explore the town and the towns around. A week flew by so quickly and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Orange as we found out is a great base for exploring within and surrounding. From the Air BnB only a ten minute drive into the main hub where large supermarket chains are located as well as dining venues. As a homely couple we cooked most of the five days we stayed taking picnic lunches on our day trips away. Having a seperate laundry ( front loading machine and supplied detergent) and drier were functional. Even a Hills Hoist in the small secluded backyard ( no prying neighbours to look in) was also used. Only one of the three bedrooms house was unlocked for our use with a great bathroom for all three bedrooms which also is functional for someone less mobile. The sensor night light (30 seconds on) in the bathroom allowed a less noisy use at night as the main light is connected to a noisy fan. Just waving the hand turned the light on. The main living room had a Smart TV with no aerial so Rod opened another bedroom with TV with antenna. The Air BnB exceeded all our expectations.

Best recommendation is staying again - this was our second visit! Our previous review: Jen 9 years on Airlono *****. February 2023 Recommend. Family group for a weekend. MUCH BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS. ROOMS LARGE AND LOVELY SPACES. Beds very comfy, bedding ample and new. Everyone loved them. Everything clean. Shower pressure and temperature good x 2. Kitchen very well set up, coffee machine, rice cooker and lots of other equipment. Generous pantry items and really appreciated the fresh milk and OJ. Clearly managed/owned by someone who cares. We had cause to contact Dan - just to ask a question not because anything went wrong. He answered straight away and was super pleasant to deal with. * Nothing changed - beds still super comfy, lovely quality linen, water pressure/temp terrific, really clean, kitchen setup A+ and Dan quick to respond to any messages. The place is an easy walk to restaurants and shops and the off street parking is ample. Close to everything but quiet. RECOMMEND!!
