Overall experience was great. When we arrived, we got a warm welcome from a lil girl. She was a fantastic host :) Villa was perfect for us. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. However the construction behind the villa started at 6.30 AM.. so noisy. We couldn’t sleep. Anyway we will definitely stay here again.

You can have an exciting experience of living in a traditional house that is over 40 years old. The plumbing facilities are well-equipped, and although there is no air conditioning, the house has good ventilation, making it just as comfortable as a modern home. Plus, your host will provide dedicated support from their entire family at an affordable price. I only have good memories in this house.

Awesome, awesome place! Mengly’s home is beautiful. He also helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport, as well as a driver to take us to Angkor Wat!! Overall a great experience:) The breakfast is also amazing!!

It was a great find for us to find this place. Super clean and brand new, a lot of modern amenities and felt like a safe and relaxed environment. Use of the complex pool and gym is handy. Whilst a little out of town and somewhat of an estate if you’ve got a car or bike it’s nice and quiet and tucked away. Thank you again

The place and service was impeccable. Loved all the staff . Yin and his team were super helpful and happy bunch. We enjoyed spending evenings at the cafe. We would certainly come back

penthouse appartment consisting of two rooms with great view all around. -Big airconditioned bedroom with enough space to also put a diner seating combo in. -Fan equiped other room where you can do the cooking with a big refrigerator. Be sure to keep windows open to reduce the heat as long as it doesnt rain. As hot season just went when we were there cooking is ok in there; Good and quick comms through the app with Mr. Lim. Center is just a 1$ ride away with the PassApp. Big supermarket walkable at 1.3km as a well equipped gym (Gold gym) with 25m. pool. Usually quiet location. No roosters and Mr. Lim's 2 dogs are very quiet and shy as in not approaching you.

We had a brilliant time at La Palmeraie D'angkor. Fred and his amazing staff looked after us so well, with a lovely fresh breakfast prepared for us every morning and staff on call constantly to deliver us drinks and food or organise massages and trips. The villas was spacious with a wonderful pool and seating areas. One thing to be aware is that each bedroom is separate with locks on the door to the outside terraces (as opposed to being inside a villa with a lockable front door) so we felt uncomfortable putting our young children in a bedroom on their own as planned and instead had an extra camp bed put into our room (which Fred's staff willingly arranged quickly) Also the villa is about a 15 minute ride into town which suited us as it meant the villa was quiet and peaceful. Tuk tuk to town generally cost around 2-3 USD on grab. Overall a fabulous experience, which was made by the attentive friendly staff. Highly recommend

As pictured! Our large family stayed here for 5 nights in early August 2024. The staff was outstanding, and very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was provided by a morning chef that created Cambodian cuisine and American bacon and eggs (any style) with potatoes. Having breakfast in house was a huge way to get our days off to a great start in a timely fashion. The pool was crystal clear, and the grounds were private. The karaoke room sound system worked as it should and was used nightly by our team. The staff accommodated us with whatever we needed. On the last night, we had a birthday party for my Granddaughter, and the staff brought in a grill team that did a wonderful job. This is advertised as an 8-bedroom house, but just know that 3 of the rooms utilize a common bathroom with shower on the lower level that you must walk outside of your room to access. We had a lot of couples, those rooms would be better suited for teenagers or drivers. I would rent this again!

A great quiet getaway with a beautiful pool. Owners live in a huge house on the other side of the pool. However, privacy was never an issue and they were a door knock away from any questions we had. A 10-min tuk tuk ride away from downtown. 4 great bedrooms with a large bathroom attached to each. 10-meter pool was great and we were using it every day after outings. Local breakfast served by the family was an extra surprise. Birthday cake for our 18-year-old was sweet. Highly recommend the place.

We had the most lovely one month stay in this beautiful Khmer tropical villa. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, it is only a 10-15 minutes to town via Grab /Passapp(Tuk tuk or car) which is easily available. The spacious villa is also very clean and neat as the housekeeper, Sochea does a great job. We especially like the open kitchen and dining, and we love to take a dip in the pool in the garden. Our stay is made complete by our wonderful and caring host, Franck who shared with us valuable tips about Ang Kor Wat and the gems of Siem Reap . We will return to Fairhaven villa again next year !

Best place to stay with good hospitality from host including deciding the itenary. Good ambience and easy to go anywhere in Siem reap city.

Upon arrival, we were able to see Sophea as he helped with luggage & giving us a brief overview of the place. It was nice to know he took his time to explain everything to us because we would have not known. The place is exactly what the pictures entails & many more. The common area was open and accessible with three rooms. Two rooms up the stairs & one downstairs room. The rooms were big and spacious & loved that they had a shower + bath. The pool was pristine, & the outside area felt like a peaceful place. The stay was near a local coffee shop that has variety of choices & the staff are such great people. There’s also a restaurant called “Mahob” that should also try, I recommend! It was easy to get a tuk tuk around the area. No real hassle. We ordered grabs & it was easy to pick up. I would definitely love to stay there again! One thing I do wish is having more of a softer mattress & better linen would make the place more comfortable. It took me awhile to adjust to the bed.

I warmly recommend Sous*s house to everyone who seeks to experience like more real cambodian way of life; you will like the original style of the house,a rather big yard with a locked gate,garden,hammocks and even a simple bicycle that is available for you.I miss the place and its peaceful,relaxing feeling.Above all Sous herself is of great help and a fantastic personality,too.

Best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Lovely and quiet but easily accessible location. Beautiful home and incredible host who offers not only a wonderful place to stay but also great cooking classes and a weaving work shop. 10/10 nothing could have been better. Thank you so much for having us
