This was a really lovely caravan - even more spacious than it looked in the photos. It had everything we needed and more. We have 3 very young children and it was great for them - lots of toys and books and puzzles which they loved and a great garden for exploring. It was very comfortable and cosy inside and we loved the nature walk on the site too. Everything about the stay was fantastic and we’ll definitely be booking again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

If you’re a creature of comfort, and enjoy relaxing in peaceful surroundings, then this is the perfect place. Set far from the main road on a farm, we felt in an oasis of serenity. The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were ready for us and easily accessible, there were fresh hens eggs and marmalade left for us by Jane, and a small jar of fish food for the wildlife in the adjacent stream. The bathroom was stocked with essentials and towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable with weighted blankets. The large bedroom windows let in a huge amount of light as well as providing a lovely view. As well as the plethora of board games and jigsaws in the cottage, the games room out front had a ping-pong / pool table and other activities. Jane was very helpful and checked we had everything that we needed, we were made to feel well taken care of. With plenty of things to do and nature around us in every direction, we’ll definitely be repeat visitors.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Wow is all I can say.... The photos didn't do this amazing property as much justice as it deserved!! Booked for 3 nights for My daughters Hen party with the family .. Marika was so helpful letting me chk in earlier so I could prepare the Villa for my daughters arrival.. She was readily available if we needed her.. We had just the most amazing stay and DEFINITELY will be booking again ..( Luckily for us we only live 10mins away) ...

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

The property was clean and just as advertised. Jason is an excellent host. Great location to explore the South Coast

A great weekend away, lots of recommendations provided which were extremely helpful. Everything was clean and as described and overall a lovely stay in a very peaceful location. Would definitely recommend! Only worth noting a microwave is not provided which is no problem just something to consider if planning to cook.

We loved our stay at Sandra's house. Clean, confortable, well equipped kitchen, good location with a very good parking. Perfect place to rest and recover after the Seven Sisters hike.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

Beautiful home! The communal spaces were perfect for socialising with all 11 of us spending most of our time around the dining table. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. Jo was really easy to deal with, very friendly and helpful in all of our communication.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

We had a fantastic weekend away! The place exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos. Spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and incredible wildlife—we even spotted baby deer and foxes running through the fields, which made the experience even more special. Our host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, it was reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We loved our stay at Roni’s Oast House. We were made to feel welcome and had everything we needed in the house. When a taxi let us down, Martin came to the rescue. Roni even left us some party supplies. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, thank you for having us.

Amazing home, would definitely stay again. clean tidy and perfect. 30 second walk to the nearest sand dune, or 2 minute walk to the main car park/straight onto the beach. local bars/pubs and shops. very near Rye town. Highly recommended

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊

The house was spacious, warm and very comfortable for our stay. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including plenty of games for the children. A lot of thought and effort had gone into making sure that guests were well provided for, including a welcome pack on arrival. The kids loved their bedroom with the hideaway beds and bean bags. The garden was a great size too. It is just across the road from the beach which is ideal. Great communication too from the host. Super séjour dans ce lodge , on remercie encore Abiola grâce à elle notre séjour à Londres s’est super bien passé , elle était réactive , on a pu rentrer plus tôt que prévu dans le logement ainsi que partir plus tôt que prévu. Le logement etait très propre et bien rangé . Nous sommes venu en famille avec 2 enfants de 1 ans et demi et 5 ans , il y a un parc juste à côté , afin de faire les courses il y avait également un supermarché à côté ainsi que quelques boutiques. L’arrêt de bus es juste en face du Airbnb ce qui rendait nos déplacements plus facile . Nous sommes arrivés de l’aéroport de gatwick et en 45mn nous étions rendu au logement . On a même pu observer de petits écureuils dans la cour
