Susanna is very responsible to communicate, the room it's not too large but enough for 2 persons, if you will be stay for more 2 persons or family stay it's too small. the place are so good, for facilities the place (swimming pool and gym) it's very good. for facilities inside the room it's a complete but not very complete because there's have stove but they don't have pan or something for cook. the amenities so complete there's are towel, soap, shampoo and toot paste. the problem when I'm stay there it's the access card for lift it's can't function and the air conditioner I think it's too small for the room. so it's not cool for the Batam weather. and Susanna allowed me to late c/o for 1 hour. thanks for your help.

This is the second time me and my family stay at Edi’s place. The unit still feels so homie and near from anywhere at Batam Edi and the staff always ready and fast respond when i need a help Hope can be back again soon ❤️

the Heritage collection was awesome. especially the staff and the communication with them. i was texting with those Guys as If we were Friends for years. they responded super fast every time. they were super helpful and polite😁 and my room at ann siang Road was super aswell.

The unit itself is amazing, worth every penny you spend compared to other building in the area. Plus you get a friendly and reponsive host to help you out. I really enjoy my stay here.

the place is clean and comfortable. the owner is very responsive but unfortunately the wifi connection is lacking.

Great location with all the amenities around. Centre location towards all the food places . The apartment is clean private . Check in was pretty straight forward and easy to find the location too. Overall a great place to stay upon visiting batam.

We had a great stay. The view from master room was amazing both day and night.

The apartment was wonderful, at a very good location if you are looking at travelling to Singapore. Joshua and team were really wonderful and responsive to make our stay a wonderful one. Thank you.

Nice space and the check in was seamless. The host was quick to answer all my queries. The only inconvenience is I am not near that near any shopping mall within walking distance and I have to go down to pick up my delivery. Otherwise, everything is great!

Apartment is huge, clean and also got alot of things to play such as maracas,piano,guitar,karaoke,dart, console games, mahjong game. and also most important, got babychair! my baby can still all day without having me to carry him always. Environment/location is good. easy to find food/supermarket. view is nice, can see woodlands and malaysia custom. additional, i would like to thanks the host and housekeeping cleaners for being honest. i left something valueable / precious in the apartment. on of the host contacted me and inform. appreciate it and many thanks! will come back with the same host team and recommend my families members too! many thanks all :)

It’s clean and the deco are nicer than most. More importantly the toilet is very clean no signs of mould. Do note this is tower B and not tower A

Host was responsive and accommodated to our request for late check out. Unit was neat and tidy. Place was clean, although floor was extremely slippery.

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.

It was amazing experience staying this unit, furnishment was perfect and so comfortable, made me feel like at home during several months stay. Highly encourage new comer to stay here, i bet no regret.
