Host Flora was very responsive and the place was very well maintained, as described. The house was very clean, all facilities and electronic products were functioning properly and aircon doesn’t give out noises. Very well maintained. We booked 2 nights and needed to change the jacuzzi water due to 1 of our kids puked. The host sent someone to fix it promptly and scrubbed the pool. Much appreciated! We did BBQ and equipment provided were essential. Aeon giant supermarket was just nearby and everything we wanted was available. KTV sound system was good. We managed to sing songs and enjoyed it. Negative but SMALL issues to feedback: -2 smaller rooms does not have blackout curtains, we were awaken early by the sunrise glare. -Chopper knife was blunt and needed to be sharpened with stone, but not available and we had difficulty chopping ingredients. -Living room TV monitor was too small. Thank you host Flora and we will definitely come back if we have an opportunity.

Booked the place for my siblings and their kids. Glad everyone enjoyed the stay. The unit is comfortable and spacious.

Clean, quiet and comfortable place, right in town area. Easily accessible to many eateries around. Host was responsive and receptive to feedbacks. Suitable for small group.

It’s a plesant experience to stay in Kelvin house. The house is better than the pictures. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were amazed by the surrounding as there are some veggies plantations. We loved the place! Very cozy that allowed us to relaxed and enjoy our evening together

Feels like home - is a statement I would put to say what it feels like staying at Khalidah's place. Few things to highlight 1. Location is very good as it is nearby Batu Pahat town. Plus point, there's a burger stall just 2 doors away. 15 mins walk / 5 mins drive to Aeon! 2. The house is private, no one disturbs you, with tonnes of parking availble nearby. 3. Kids love the house, glad to see them have fun. 4. Last but best of all, the host is super nice. She is very responsive, nice local resident, suggests good food around the area and one thing I'd like to say thanks is - my nephew broke a mug of the house, I would like to replace / pay back, but she insist that it's fine. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Batu Pahat. You would not regret the amount you pay.

Our stay at Sindee's home was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. There were lots of good food nearby which was a great surprise! Sindee was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The place was simple and super clean. Chun Meng provided some snacks and instant drinks too. Only thing to note is that it’s minimally furnished - no mirrors except for tinted mirrors in the bathrooms. But that’s just a minor thing to take note of! Overall it was a very comfortable stay and Chun Meng was easy to communicate with.
