Seo was a great host. She was helpful and gave us clear instructions. Her recommendations also provided us enjoy the city. The apartment was clean and had a great view. I highly recommend her apartment and I definitely stay if I visit again.

Svetlana is just wonderful; very kind and accommodating. the place is also stocked up with everything you need-- I was really happy to see amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc-- it makes a HUGE difference. she's very friendly and our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

We liked that the apartment was spacious and clean, fully corresponds to the photos you see, after a good renovation. Very nice location next to the park and a few minutes to the sea. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The host was helpful and responded quickly to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really good, it's very convinient for long stay, there is everything you need. Apartment has spacious space. It's not far away from sea, 5-10 minutes of walk. There are groceries and caffes. The hosts are very nice and responsive. I was not lucky with the weather, it was very cold comparible for this region (+1..+3) and there was snowfall (extremely unusal), therefore it was cold in apartment, eapecially in bedroom and toilet. In usual winter weather for Batumi, it should be pretty comfortable. There is no elvators in the building, it could be a problem for aged and people with disability.

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

Замечательная квартира! Нам четверым было достаточно места. Квартира чистая и прибранная, в ней было комфортно. Большая гостиная с парой диванов и кресел была нашим любимым местом - часто все вместе там собирались. Квартира находится на первом этаже трехэтажного дома, хозяева живут на втором. При заселении хозяйка нас встретила, все показала и рассказала и всегда была рада нам помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Сам дом находится в частном секторе, до моря идти минут 15, до магазинов минут 8. Есть большой и просторный внутренний двор, где можно парковать машину. В квартире есть кондиционер, который находится в гостиной, его вполне хватало, чтобы охладить все помещение. Пол в квартире каменный с включённым кондиционером он становится совсем холодный, лучше иметь с собой тапочки. Последние пару ночей у нас выпали на сильные грозы с дождем, и в это время отключали электричество. Как я поняла, в такую погоду это довольно частое явление в Батуми. Тем не менее, отпуску это не помешало:)

уютная студия в пяти минутах от моря полностью соответствует своему описанию. в конце октября мандарины в саду уже спелы. спасибо Инге и Бесо за замечательный отдых

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Отличное и место и очень гостеприимный хозяин. Отдельный домик, все есть для приготовления пищи. Самое главное - идеально чисто, я видела как убирали соседний домик после отъезда гостей- это полноценная генеральная уборка с отодвигаем всей мебели, для меня чистота- это показатель заботы о проживающих. Море совсем рядом и пляж почти безлюдный, можно арендовать лежак за 5 лари.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Несколько раз оставался в Батуми в апартаментах, но эта квартира наиболее уютная и просторная. Прекрасно продувается за счёт сквозняков, хорошо освещена. Есть всё необходимое, включая посуду, кондиционер, утюг, гладильную доску, просторный шкаф и так далее. Хозяева гостеприимные люди, очень приятные в общении. Фото соответствуют реальности, но балкон, на самом деле, даже уютнее. Из недостатков могу отметить только слабый wi-fi. Впрочем для отдыха это пустяки!

We had a very pleasant time at Nona's in Chakvi. Nona is a real super hostess, attentive and resolute. The house is clean and comfortable. It has a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The beach is very close with only few people and very quiet surroundin. The house is comfortable for several familys together. We thank Nona for the warm welcome

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Спасибо Марине за гостеприимство. Останавливались вдвоем с супругой на две недели. Отличная светлая студия с новым ремонтом. Квартира подойдет для краткосрочного пребывания и отпуска. Шикарный вид на море. Есть всё необходимое. Рядом море, торговый центр, фитнес, рестораны, супермаркеты. Шума с улицы не слышно благодаря высокому этажу и хорошим окнам. Из минусов. Это новый дом и многие соседи делают ремонты. Обычно шум начинается ближе к 9 утра и может с перерывами продолжаться до полуночи. Было несколько дней когда кто-то из соседей решил заняться сборкой мебели посреди ночи, но недолго.

Оставались в этой квартире на 8 дней. Всё было хорошо.. какие-то мелкие вопросы владелец очень быстро решал. Большое спасибо Вахтангу и его замечательной помощнице Лали. )) Однозначно всем рекомендую.))

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Wir hatten ein Familien-treff organisiert, jeder hatte sich ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wir waren insgesamt zu fünf mit einem Kleinkind. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum Entspannen, man hat einen freien Blick aufs Meer und schaut direkt den Sonnenuntergang entgegen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet, man kann selbst was zubereiten oder auch einer der Restaurants besuchen, die es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen gibt. Die Inhaberin war gut erreichbar und hat uns auch schnell ein babybett organisiert. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.
