Antika is a first class host. She was highly responsive and helpful. Her villa is easily accessible, clean and tidy with restaurants, supermarket and laundromat located nearby. A value for money accommodation!

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

Schon beim Betreten des Anwesens wurden wir von einem traumhaft schönen Garten begrüßt, der mit einer Vielfalt an exotischen Früchten und Pflanzen verzaubert. Der kleine Swimmingpool genossen wir für tägliche Entspannung. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Karin und Made, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu einem echten Wohlfühlerlebnis gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit hervorragend, und wir fühlten uns rundum willkommen. Ebenso möchten wir Ketut hervorheben – eine unglaublich liebenswürdige und fürsorgliche Person. Sie stand uns stets mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite und hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Dieses Gästehaus ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp den ich jederzeit empfehlen darf.

Great little villa with a very nice pool. Really clean and beautiful! If you are not accustomed to noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. Great location near all the shops you need. Felt safe and secure too.

La villa était tout simplement parfaite ! Tout est neuf, très propre, le lit et la literie étaient super confortables. L’extérieur est incroyable, avec une piscine magnifique où il fait bon se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus, servi chaque matin avec le choix entre deux formules, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. On est en plein cœur de Ubud, à deux pas de tout, mais l’endroit est d’un calme absolu, comme si on était en pleine campagne. C’est un vrai petit coin de paradis, paisible et magnifique. Un immense merci à Kadek, qui a été d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelles. Il nous a accueillis comme des rois, toujours souriant, chaleureux. Quand nous avons eu besoin d’une laundry, il nous a tout de suite indiqué la plus proche. Et au moment de notre départ, il nous a même gentiment donné de la corde et c’est lui-même qui a pris le temps d’attacher nos sacs sur le scoot avec un soin et une bienveillance qui nous ont profondément touchés. Je recommande à 1000000%

This place is a gem! I am going to find it very hard living indoors after going back to the city. Such a huge and well thought out villa. The attention to detail is commendable, you’ll find everything to make your stay comfortable. My mom couldnt eat outside and needed a kitchen, and the kitchen here is fully functional will all the appliances you’ll need. The location of the villa is also very good, quite close to the market yet private and secluded. A huge shoutout to the host. She is a wonderful warm lady who is extremely helping. She is super responsive and will tackle all your problems for you without a flinch to help you stay comfortable. I couldnt recommend this place enough. My only regret is not staying here longer.

lovely house in a Balinese family compound. very clean and quiet (so quiet that we ended up over sleeping!) the host is very responsive, they came over immediately for 1-2 queries we had. the floating breakfast is a beautiful touch — simple, tasty and enough for 2 people with sandwiches, fruit, coffee and juice. value for money! thank you for your hospitality.

An amazing villa in a family home surrounded by rice terraces. We had everything we needed and Eni and family couldn’t have been more helpful with scooter hire and anything else we needed in the villa! The photos don’t do it justice, would 100% recommend to get out of the hustle and bustle of Ubud.

First and foremost, this place is great value for money given what it costs and what it provides. There are villas in Bali that probably have more space, an indoor living and dining area, but they'll cost much more. While this villa is a bit old (water pressure could be an issue as well as some dated furnishings and amenities), it is kept extremely clean and bedrooms in particular are very spacious. It is also extremely private and in a location where it's very peaceful without any noise from late night activities at night clubs or beach clubs. We were able to fit in 5 adults and 2 children comfortably. The communication from the host and the on-site manager was always prompt and service was really good.

Putu ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat auf alle unsere Bitten schnell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist ruhig und sehr privat gelegen. Das Bett ist gemütlich und der Ausblick ins Grüne phantastisch. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit eines späten Auscheckens, was vor einer langen Rückreise toll war. Vielen lieben Dank auch an Juni für die frischen Blumen.

I habe stayed in many airbnbs but this was the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Anna went above and beyond to provide an exceptional stay for my friend and I. She booked our airport transfer and even showed up at the airport when we arrived. She showed us around the villa, which was just as pictured. The rooms are really nice, the aircon worked great in the rooms, and we had everything we needed. As the listing stated, you can hear the nightclubs nearby, but that was the appeal to my group. We walked to Finns and Atlas for our nights out. You can hear the bass of the music at night but it was not that loud and did not bother us. We loved being so close to the clubs! Anna help setup all of our excursions and tours as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay or host. If you are debating on staying here, you should book!

There were some technical issues at the property and we got upgraded, we loved the place though, it’s comfy and the location is just perfect. Brio’s team helped us 24/7 and very responsive. All the amenities are great and they’re lovely.

Dear Yuli, dear Daniel, I came here desperately needing rest, and I believe my batteries are fully recharged for the first time in years. Thank you for this paradisiacal place! It exceeded my expectations. From first moment, I felt like I was walking on air, and I will truly miss the beautiful monsoon rain I listened to while lying in bed. It was a perfect 10/10 experience for body and mind. **Location:** The setting is simply ideal – very close to Ubud, with excellent restaurants within walking distance, surrounded by rice fields and nature. **Service:** Yuli and Daniel were always available and addressed all my questions and requests immediately – for example, arranging a massage. The entire house staff was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. **House:** Stylish, elegant, and natural – it exudes a wonderful, harmonious vibe. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, and everything you could possibly need is provided: kitchen, bathrooms bedrooms. Best wishes Christine

Sayan ve Wiwik çok misafirperver ve canayakındılar. Konaklama sırasında Nyepi yani sessizlik gününe denk geldi, öncesinde bizi alışveriş için uyardılar. Konaklama yeri pirinç tarlaları arasında, çok güzel bir yürüyüş yolu var. Hemen önümüzdeki pirinç tarlalarında bir ördek sürüsü bizi günaydınla karşılıyordu. Keyifli bir konaklamaydı.

We had a good time at Desi's place. Desi was extremely helpful with our needs during the stay. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants, Spa and grocery shops for all the daily needs. The villa is relatively new so the newly built roads to the villa don't really reflect on the Google maps yet. If you are trouble ordering food from grab. Just ping and mention to them the driver to deliver to the last villa on the gang Pisang Lane and you should be good.

everything is perfect, we felt like in a traditional balinese house but it doesn’t forget the modern functionality. peaceful morning by the pool with sun shining right through the open area, even in this rainy season we felt safe and sound. kids friendly, but keep your eyes on your kids around the pool since it goes around 170cm on the other side. the staffs are friendly and helpful, we can communicate swiftly with Pak Nyoman to the staffs for any inquiries.

This was a very comfortable and welcoming space with boats available to answer any questions and help arrange things like transportation and laundry. It was so kind and helpful of them to set up a car pickup from the airport, and they kept the space beautiful and clean with every other day cleaning. This level of service went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and impeccable hospitality from our hosts. Highly recommended!!

This peaceful place was an amazing space. Had great areas for relaxing, quite pool and located away from the main street but close enough to walk everywhere. The host were sensational, always checking in on you but giving you space when you need it. Would recommend this spot for a few mates, or a couple to relax but be close to the action.

I felt this was a great way to spend my time in Bali, I’m grateful I got to stay here
