We had a great spring break in Punta Cana, SUPER spacious, everyone slept great/comfortable beds, temperature easy to control, just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby. This is a great option if you’re not into the all-you-can-eat/ all inclusive/ resort row and want a more unique and authentic experience. We stocked up on groceries on the way to check-in and were able to eat meals in when we didn’t feel like going out. CLEAN, No bugs, has everything you need and more for a fabulous vacation. Raffy is the BEST host, provided tons of information and super responsive whenever we had a question. Plus great contacts on the property for help booking excursions, rides, etc. We felt like we were in great hands and had everything we needed.

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

Mi experiencia con los huéspedes y el lugar fueron increíbles. Me pareció un espacio innovador y creativo y muuuyyyyy cómodo y limpio. El trato y recibimiento de los huéspedes fue fenomenal, el lugar muy seguro y élite. Y la calidad-precio estuvo 10/10. Desde ya uno de mis alojamientos favoritos en Punta Cana🫶🏻

Super friendly host, great place and a lot of space to relax. Location could be better but it’s under construction at the moment. There wasn’t warm water every time we showered but with 30 degrees Celsius temperature outside definitely not that big deal. Would come again every time! Thanks Pamela!

Excelente lugar, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable, Yairen fue muy amable, siempre pendiente a nuestra estadía, algo excelente es que nos permitió realizar el checking más temprano, y nos dió instrucciones claras. El residencial muy lindo y tranquilo. La ubicación súper facil de llegar. Sin lugar a dudas, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Great stay for our family, the property is well located for the beach and surrounding restaurants etc. The services were all as described, from the maid, villa manager, chef etc. The team you are assigned were all very quick to respond to messages and communicated well. The only issues we encountered during our stay - were unfortunately limited hot water and noisy air con in a couple of the bedrooms, both of which the property manager tried hard to resolve including offering to re-house, which we declined due to short stay period. It's definitely worth getting in touch with the villa manager as soon as possible, they have much more information on local options than the villa coordinator you are assigned as part of the booking process. For example we requested to book a golf cart with the villa coordinator - but were told we did not need one. When we arrived we soon realized it would be a good thing to have to get to the club house - but it was not available to us.

Muy buen hospedaje. Cocotal es super seguro y hermoso con una enorme vegetación. El Alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario. Ivet muy atenta y con muy buena comunicación.

Excelente apt, buena limpieza, todo funcionaba muy bien, una excelente opción para una próxima visita
