Paulo and her husband were very helpful and responsive. They even offered to pick us up from the airport, drive us to our resort the next day and also picked us up and brought us back to the airport (for a small and reasonable fee). We also stopped at the grocery store on the way there with no problem or hesitation. They were very attentive and accommodating with us. The place is small and not fancy but it’s clean and well kept and gets the job done. I would stay again because they made us feel extremely comfortable the entire stay and beyond.

Owners are cute couple that has excellent fast response times. The apartment is great for access to hard rock casino and the beach club. I would say their restaurant Ventanas is probably better than anything at Hard Rock and would book at least 1 dinner there. The beach club is better than expected. Sure its $35 per person but you can use it for lunch and drinks. And the drinks are not outrageous, $10 for a solid coco loco. infinity pool is nice, beach is nice. Apt is 1km from casino and 2km from beach club. You cannot survive without a car. Some tour guide pickups at hard rock complex are complicated by security. I would just drive to one of their pickup locations and avoid hard rock complex pickups.

Très bel appartement. Commode. Bien situé. Une belle grande piscine et un bon restaurant attenant. Cliford a été très proactif, serviable et disponible en tout temps. Le jaccuzzi sur le toit a été très apprécié. Je recommande fortement.

We loved our stay!! As 2 young girls we felt very safe and appreciated the quick responsive communication from both our host and all the staff on site. The beach is so close and there are many surrounding restaurants. The apartment itself was very modern and very clean. Would definitely stay again!!!

Excellent quality/price ratio. Location is great for restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant-snack on-site with good selection at a good price. We slept very well. The resident crowd is very quiet. The bed is also very comfortable. The private beach and lots of beach palapas are great assets as no matter what time you arrive at the beach, there is always one available. The photos posted reflect the apartment. Our host Ludovino was very responsive when needed and is also very friendly. Overall a very nice stay.

The experience was excellent, with a 5-star rating from me and my guest. Jaay was very responsive and accommodating. The property was beautiful and easy to check into. The 24hr security provided made everyone feel comfortable. I plan to stay at Jaay's listings again in the future. Enjoy!

Felix's home was absolutely stunning, every detail elaborately thought out, the landscape beautiful, the kitchen is equipped with everything, one of the best kitchens we've seen. The only enclosed areas are the bedrooms, and everything is outdoors. We wanted it to rain to enjoy the noise and breeze because it was just so beautiful. There is so much shade we did not feel the high 80's heat. We enjoyed the golf cart rides to the restaurants and they had the best pancakes ever. Felix was a great host, we cannot wait to return. Thank you so much!

House is nice, pool is warm ! But it is in a neighborhood that is still developing so it’s not that aesthetically pleasing outside but the inside of the house is very nice! It’s in the middle of everything TBH. They recommended a chef and he was GREAT- Use him if you need one! The hosts responded to everything we had questions about and were quick to fix address any issue we had. Also gave us a goodbye gift which was very nice!

La villa nos pareció excelente. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, todo muy organizado, limpio, cómodo y bien equipada. Nos sentimos súper bien con el alojamiento, definitivamente es un lugar para volver. Frank fue el mejor host, muy amable, siempre pendiente, cuando llegamos siempre fue con buena comunicación y todos los días nos escribía para ver si algo hacía falta; definitivamente una persona súper preocupada por todo. Quedamos muy a gusto y encantados con su trato!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral und super nah am Strand. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Super erreichbar! Der Kühlschrank war Mega!! Es ist alles super schnell kalt geworden - vor allem die Getränke!! Top top top

Great place to stay. Jacob is very friendly and response and if there is any challenges he is quick to address them. He also gives good recommendations for activities and places where you can get food at very low rates in comparison to all the more expensive options. I would definitely go back to this place.

Great Apartment ! Very clean , quiet , spacious , well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and nice showers (hot water)... Nice furniture and really relaxing . The covered balcony was my favorite area !! I spent my mornings and evenings on this balcony--WOW !! Truly relaxing and peaceful , so nice to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful palm tress ....The pool at the complex was wonderful and clean. Short walk (3 min) to many cafe's / bars / rest. The host was quick to respond and very helpful if needed. Check in / out was easy with no problems. Property has security and I always felt "safe" while being on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

relaxing 4 days. the pool is spectacular! Nelson's place has the best location in the complex. right behind the beach bar and at the opposite end from construction. 200 pesos uber to town. eat at Noah's

Great place, Erick is a very nice host, the place has an awesome view to the pool area, you can walk to the best restaurants in the area, they're very close.! The studio is very clean and comfortable. I recommend it 100%.

Very nice place. Nice pool and beautiful balcony overlooking garden and pool. Would recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
