Baveno : locations de vacances avec piscine

Très bon séjour en famille, la maison est très propre, très jolie décoration, bien équipée, la vue sur le lac est magnifique, vraiment magique et c'est très calme. Très bonne communication avec Albert, conseils pour accéder à la maison et recommandations lieux et restaurants à découvrir. Un problème à l'arrivée et durant la semaine avec le petit portail d'entrée qui était capricieux pour s'ouvrir, au bout de multiples essais. La piscine est très propre et très grande! Magnifique pour nager. Pensez aux bonnets de bain, balles, masques tubas pas autorisés. Profondeur mini 1,50 mètre) Nous avons passé une belle semaine à découvrir les trésors du coins, Ceresolo tout près (attention à la route si vous y allez à pied), Laveno Monbello où nous avons mangé de très bonnes glaces à la Gelateria L'imbarcadero, pris le bateau ferry pour aller à Intra et accéder aux magnifiques îles borromées en partant de Stresa ou au très joli village de Cannobio, ou encore au Lac d'Orta. Fantastic property in a lovely area with great hosts would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area. The apartment was modern, very spacious, nice and clean and being on a private drive felt very comfortable and secure.

Io, il mio compagno e il mio cagnolino, abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Marco per circa una settimana! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! la casa è come nelle foto, molto pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è grande e con tutti gli utensil e le camere belle e ampie! Inoltre c'è uno spazio "giochi'con una bellissima sauna ed un giardino curato con una yacuzzi ampia e calda. La casa si trova in un piccolo borgo a soli 6 minuti di macchina dal lago, dove è bellissimo fare passeggiate e prendere il sole. Marco è stato molto disponibile e reattivo a tutti i messaggi. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di tutto!

Super séjour en Italie. Logement très fonctionnel, idéalement placé proche du lac majeur et de toute commodité. La piscine est agréable également. Même si cela ne nous a pas dérangé il faut quand même signaler que la maison est très proche d’une ligne de train et de l’aéroport et juste à côté du route ce qui rend l’extérieur bruyant.

We had a great stay with friends in this magnificent villa located next to the lake and with a beautiful view of the mountain. There are plenty of activities to do, good restaurants and Mrs. Kristina, a very nice personnes, advised us on restaurants and activities to do and I thank her and with the swimming pool it was incredible. Overall, I recommend this villa to family or friends.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht ist wirklich großartig und trotz Hauptsaison war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Das Grundstück ist kaum einsehbar, sodass man den Urlaub ungestört verbringen kann. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und familienfreundlich ausgestattet. Es findet sich sogar das ein oder andere Spielzeug. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, aber wir sind trotzdem gut zurechtgekommen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war zu jederzeit freundlich und einfach. In der Unterkunft hat man alle Möglichkeiten, die man braucht um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Es ist aber empfehlenswert, mit dem Auto anzureisen. Es ist zwar möglich, mehrere kleine Orte zu Fuß zu erreichen, bis zum See sollte man aber schon mit ca. 1h Fußweg rechnen. Uns hat es super gefallen

Die Unterkunft war durch die gute Beschreibung mit Bildern gut zu erreichen. Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wirklich sehr sauber! Schade war, dass die Küche leider nicht so gut ausgestattet ist. Dies ist aber bei den meisten Unterkünften ähnlich. Zu der Lage muss man wissen, dass die Wohnung sehr weit oberhalb des Lago Maggiore gelegen ist. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den See! Man braucht mit dem Auto zur nächsten größeren Stadt Stresa etwa 15 Minuten. Alles in allem hatte wir einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt, mit einer malerischen Kulisse als Ausblick.

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!

Wunderschön gelegenes Loft. Wir haben jeden Abend die wärmende Frühlingssonne auf der Terrasse genossen. Super gute Kommunikation mit Antonio. Besser geht es nicht. Durch eine temporäre Baustelle gab es Mehrverkehr und aktuell passierten viele Güterzüge die Bahnlinie. Es war somit nicht so ruhig wie erwartet. Wir geben trotzdem eine volle Bewertung und empfehlen das Loft weiter.

Great place! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, trails, and supermarket! Highly recommended!

We had a brilliant stay in the apartment in Baveno. Hosts very responsive and quick to answer any queries. The views from the roof are amazing and the pool area was brilliant as we travelled with young children. The apartment itself was very large, immaculately clean and benefited from 2 outside areas. Well located between Stresa and Baveno but a car/bike is needed as there are limited pathways and it is a busy road. Thank you.

Silvia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie ist super flexibel und reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kinder haben den großen Garten genossen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten bei einem tollen Strand. In 10 Minuten bei der Fähre, die einen an das gegenüberliegende Ufer des Lago Maggiores bringt. In Laveno findet man zudem den bekannten Korblift. Auch das Kloster Caterina del Sasso, das sehr schön am See gelegen ist, erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten.

Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft und ist super zentral gelegen. Verbania ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit tollen Restaurants und Cafés. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber erhalten und die Ausstattung war nahezu perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Northitaly Villas war sehr angenehm. Sie waren jederzeit zur erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

My family and I spent a lovely week in the palazzo. It was a truly special experience. The house itself is stunning - beautifully painted walls and ceilings, a wonderful and eclectic art collection and library, professional-grade kitchen, and an incredible property with a pool and gardens. The host, Rosa, was very attentive and even booked us several restaurant reservations at her favorite spots. When we arrived, the house was stocked with fresh fruit, bottled water, and breakfast. Each day, we took short drives from the villa to explore the surrounding towns - Orta San Giulia was a highlight! And we also loved spending time on the patio of the villa enjoying the view of the countryside. I hope to return sometime soon!

Ein Häuschen mit sehr viel Privatsphäre und einem einmaligen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit. Herrliche Morgensonne zum Frühstück und angenehme Schattenplätze am Nachmittag. Der Pool ist eine wahre Bereicherung an heissen Tagen und wir haben diesen täglich benutzt. Da die Schlafzimmer im unteren Geschoss sind, waren diese auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl! Einzig die vielen Mücken stören den Schlaf, unbedingt guten Mückenspray einpacken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

First of all, Casa Mafalda is a beautiful home and was the perfect place for our holiday. The amenities in the home were great, the pool would have been perfect of the weather was warmer 😅, the outdoor dining area is a dream, the bed was comfy and the location was fantastic. A very peaceful village just short walk from bus stops and train station to get wherever you need, supermarkets, café's and of course Lake Maggiore. We had a car, but i would highly recommend using the train as it was all so easy. Elena is a amazing host. Her communication was fantastic, making it very easy to check in, even though our flight was delayed, nothing was a problem. She was on hand with recommendations for local spots. Overall, we loved staying at Casa Mafalda and would highly recommend it to couples and families. We hope to come back one day!
