Even with our last minute reservation, they had the place ready to go by check in time. The place was perfect for us and the dogs with everything we needed. Beach access steps away was so convenient. Much needed cozy stay after being rained out while camping. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at their place over Thanksgiving. Just like everyone else has described, you can hear the creek. It’s also a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The space is very large and the kitchen is well stocked. Laura is a perfect host and takes immaculate care of their place. I loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. After several trips, It’s by far my favorite one in this area.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was much larger than expected and the kitchen was so well-equipped. Would stay here again absolutely!!

This location is ideal for any traveler. It is the perfect spot to visit other beaches as well. The restaurants here and in Pacific City are fantastic. We had not been back since before the Pandemic. What a lot of change! For the better. All the best...

Fantastic condo, beautiful views, nice large spacious kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Perfect for our family of 6. Great location, very central to going North or South along the coast. Rockaway Beach is a smaller town but had some good restaurant options. If you want more groceries you would need to go to Tillamook. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely come back. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at this place. It was very spacious and it had almost everything we needed. The area is also quiet which is a plus if you’re from the city looking to stay at a place like this.

Place as described, very clean and new. The place had everything you need as if you were in your own home…pots pans, towels, cooking utensils etc. I was also shocked to see a few laundry pods, blankets and towels available for guests to use definitely a plus! I loved how it was really close to the crabbing docks as we made the trip for that purpose. Check in was seam-less we did not have to contact anyone, instructions were straight forward and we even had the option of early check in. Only downside I would say is that someone else took our assigned parking, so we aren’t able to park in the spot that came with this rental, not sure if the other tenant is aware of the parking assignments but feedback would be for the host to have a posted sign, there are markings on the curb, but it is barely in sight. Overall great experience & location! Will definitely book this place again in the near future!

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here, the house was very nice with a beach view! Really enjoyed the bunnies that were out in the front every morning. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a less touristy area and much more private and peaceful.

Great response. Beautiful space. Sounds travels everywhere here so keep that in mind. Half bath has no lock mechanism.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This house has a nice open living area, lots of space for our large family, and was well stocked, with a beautiful view. It was also very comfortable and clean. We especially loved the coffee bar set up. There was a binder with local recommendations for food and activities which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and we loved the wood stove for cold nights! Great location just a few steps from the beach - the town is teeny but has a grocery store up the road!

Stephanie was quick to respond and was flexible with check in and check out times. We were down for a long anniversary weekend and their place was very comfortable and peaceful. The location is within easy walking distance to the main part of Manzanita along with the beach. It made for a pleasant time. Thank you.

Magical place with ocean view and walking distance to restaurants, stores and of course the beach! Friendly host with fast response, my fam was visiting overseas and we enjoyed the beauty of Manzanita :) I'm so glad we chose to stay here! Can't wait to come back soon.

Everything was great, zero complaints. Comfortable place to sleep and rest after a long day of activities. Ocean view is a huge plus. We greatly enjoyed our weekend staying here and would come again.

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

Super pleased! We were very happy to spend a night here. Exclaimed "WOW" upon entering. Spectacular views. Big windows. Spacious unit. Well equipped large kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice touch to have extra bathroom amenities. Terrific showers. Responsive host. We would like to return and stay several nights. Definitely a new favorite spot on the Oregon coast.

Great place to stay! Had everything we needed including some of the best cookware in a rental we’ve had. We needed some pliers to fix our travel bassinet and they dropped them by within the hour.

My husband and I just enjoyed our honeymoon at Jamie’s place, and we had a wonderful time! The location and comfort of the place was excellent! Jamie was very helpful, responsive, and a wonderful host! We hope to come back in the future!

What a great place! It was perfect for the three of us. Very clean, nice furniture, amazing bathroom, comfy beds and pillows! Having a bath in the huge jet tub while listening to the ocean was absolute heaven! Waking up in the morning and having a coffee while looking out those giant windows was so relaxing. Some fantastic touches….coffee pot and French press with coffee grounds, sugar, flour, spices, good quality pots and pans, Brita water jug, ziplock bags, tea, oil, beach towels, shared washer and dryer (in great shape). The parking was quite tight so if you are choosing what vehicle to take, try to take your smaller one. Ended up on the street one night but no big deal because the street parking clears out pretty early so there’s room right outside the building. The beach was great for rock hounding (as many people were doing). We didn’t even end up going up to Agate Beach because our beach was so full of agates! Amazing annual trip for us.
