Conni was super helpful and extremely sweet. Being this my first time doing an AirBnB I was confused on check in and Conni was able to assist and answer questions. The room was SO CUTE 😍 and I can’t wait to stay there again.

This place was amazing to stay at, had everything my wife and i needed to feel right at home. Came here because of work and left satisfied, friendly staff and clean room. 10/10

Great place to stay! Absolutely loved the studio, it is perfect for me and my bird. They gave me a broom to help keep it clean and a starter kit for laundry and the kitchen. Very friendly staff, and loved that there was a bar, live music, theatre, pool, table tennis, and gym available on the premises. Extremely convenient, very clean, great prices. Loved everything from start to finish!

Really felt at home, the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely rebook this place again if I’m in the area. Loc is also very genuine and communicative. He will always make sure everything’s good. Was no hassle getting in, he makes it easy and clear on instructions checking in and out. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Right away our neighbors were very helpful in making sure we felt welcome. The apartment was very clean and cozy for our stay.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning scenery, a lit up bonfire area, friendly animals and wonderful hosts, look no further this Farmhouse is a true gem! My coworker and I are grateful to have an opportunity to experience it and will definitely be returning. Can't forget the game room! Thanks again and soon you soon!

We had a great, relaxing stay at Magnolia Cottage during Christmas! Really cute cottage on the water, great views from the indoor/outdoor patio, and great location right next to Magnolia Beach.

Our stay was perfect. The host was very responsive & proactive.

Only a couple of things. There was not any standard spices, salt and pepper. No ice. The AC was not on when we got there so it was hot inside.

I had a great time staying here, super relaxing and enjoyed the bonfire at nights! Really calm place! 10/10 recommend

Stayed the weekend at Mathew's beautiful house and had a great time. Mathew responded quickly, the house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The surrounding area is beautiful. Overall a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area

When traveling to Bay City, TX…you should definitely check this place out! Everything is amazing!!

The view from the deck was exactly as pictured with a short walk to the beach. No golf cart needed unless you want to drive on the beach. Lots of space for our family of 8. Kitchen is well stocked, could use a larger skillet and pizza cutter. You will need to bring your keurig coffee pods, as there was no drip coffee pot. It was well stocked with towels and beach towels & nice to have a washer and dryer. Susy's communication was great and she bought an umbrella and wagon to transport our beach stuff to the beach. There is a very small souvenir shop next door for t-shirts, sweatshirts, swim accessories, drinks and a few food items. I advise to get your groceries before you arrive as the nearest grocery store is 10-15 miles away. there are some local convenient stores, but very expensive. We cooked most of our meals, but did eat out a couple of times...food was average. All and all it was a great place and i would definitely rent again. Thank you Susy!

Our stay was great. Checking in was easy and the host was great with communicating in a timely fashion. The house is beautiful, clean, and the host even provided us with paper plates, cups, and silverware for our stay. Honestly pictures don't even do this house justice. Highly recommend for your next stay!

Vira was such a great host. She was very responsive with any questions that I had. The ice machine in the refrigerator did have some white powder substance coming out, so we decided to just nto use the ice. Otherwise, the home was very nice and comfortable. The proximity to the heated pool was excellent. Vira allowed us to get in early at 12pm, which was great so our 1 year old could take a nap. Check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Weather was slightly chilly for spring break, so the ocean was pretty cold. So staying by the heated pool was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vira's place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the kitchen is really well stocked and labeled. The back patio is large and has a beautiful view. We loved the Ninja pellet grill on patio! There are lots of great amenities around the property, but the downside is that we had to drive to them, as we were traveling with young children, and it was too far to walk. I would suggest renting a golf cart if you are staying for more than a few days.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the condo in a beautiful and peaceful location. The condo had everything we needed and everything looked just like the pictures. I appreciated all the recommendations and instructions from the host. At her recommendation we rented a golf cart and used it to go back and forth to the pool at the beach club, which was really fun!

My family and I loved our stay! The most beautiful sunset ever from the back porch! The kitchen was equipped better than expected. Amanda was very responsive. The pool and the lazy river are in separate locations, but both nice and fun. There is an extra cost for the pools and amenity center, but well worth it for a little cool relaxation. Pool area has a bar and restaurant with pool side service. Lazy river is byob. There are board games, dvds, and tv options for relaxing evenings. You'll need to stop by the main pool office to pick up a parking and pool pass. There is a wagon and folding chairs for the beach on the back porch if needed. We drove to the public beach access by the main pool and walked across the bridge. Nice beaches! There is one parking spot in the shade under the building, but lots of other open spots available outside. There is also an elevator in the parking area. AC worked well and so did the showers. Great vacation, we'll be back!
