Jeff and Cindy’s place was perfect for three! My friends and I stayed here for spring break, and it was an amazing location with a beautiful homie feel!

We had a great stay in Alex's condo! We were here for three nights and it was nice to be able to walk to a couple restaurants while also cooking some meals at the condo (Winn Dixie is right down the road). The place was very comfortable with a gorgeous view from the balcony -- the beach is very accessible, along with the heated pool. The beds were pretty comfy as well, and the apartment actually looks nicer than the pictures. It is quieter than staying at one of the resorts -- though you can hear when your neighbors shower or use the plumbing, it's not too bad. We had our 7-year-old with us and this place was nice for families, even during Spring Break.

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The days we were there it was a bit chilly so it was a nice surprise that the pool is heated! PCB is beautiful! Directly in front of the hotel, there’s a storm drain thats kind of an eye sore but otherwise it did not bother us. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, but John was very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this spot!

Excellent condo, well decorated, clean, well equipped. Awesome large oceanfront balcony. No issues. Really appreciated the large number of cable TV channels that allowed me to watch MLB playoffs & ESPN on the very nice wall-mounted TV. Maria is very responsive to any questions posted.

Nina's condo was excellent to stay in. I thoroughly enjoyed the space and she was very communicative and flexible. I hope to book with her in the near future! 100% recommended!

Great condo in a convenient location!

Great location, central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, parks and other activities. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to relax whether it's on the couch, on the balcony or at one of the many pools in the complex.

This condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Everything was just as it was described. The view from the master and the living space was beautiful! We enjoyed our ocean view coffee mornings on the balcony, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly with coffee pots (full and Keurig), baking pans and everything else you’d need for vacation cooking. We feel blessed to have found this one!

My son and I were in PCB for his fall break. Irina's place was perfect for us. She was easy to work with prior to and we will definitely stay there again in the future. It was very clean and my son enjoyed the bunk bed. We will definitely stay there again.

The stay at Roxanne’s was one of my best experience ever. She communicated with me very well and was very helpful . She was very flexible on my stay and I really appreciate the opportunity of her letting us stay there. This place is perfect honestly, so great that I extended my stay at least four times mostly because of work but she definitely helped me out on extending my stay and she was very understanding. This place is definitely worth the stay you have a gated area with a pool and a small gym that I used every day. Even the neighbors were great very peaceful and respectful environment.

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

Staying was great everything was very nice far as the place , parking and stores , restaurants was very convenient, only issue was the people hanging out late at night making lots of noise, but a really great place I would definitely recommend it to others.

Chris was a wonderful host who always responded in such a timely manner! He made sure me and my friends had everything we needed and we hope to stay here again!

The photos of Ada’s house didn’t do it any justice. It was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice.

It’s was over all great!!! My family loved it!!! The host went above and beyond for us! I should have ran an empty load in the washer before I washed clothes but it was a great place! We hope to be able to stay again in the future!! The residents in the building were wonderful! Elevators were an issue for a few days but they were fixed by the end of our stay!

Excellent location and hosts! Very responsive and a great neighborhood! Easy to access beach and other attractions. Spent most of our time in the backyard and the game room!

Wendy made you feel welcomed before you arrived. She was very committed to helping us. I loved the neatness of the property, small things like remotes having designated areas. upper balcony and hammock were a treat. returning will be unquestionable. if you're on the fence, jump on her side of the street. you won't be disappointed. Wendy remained calm with every call and text. She even called us with useful info. best communication from a host I've ever had and I mean even hrs after returning home. if I could and I can go on and on I would. my husband, 2 sons and our daughter found our own peaceful areas and then we would be ready for fun filled activities daily. Lastly best beds ever. oh yeah I didn't know i was so good at darts, my son's ehh not so happy there mom was the bomb. com Sincerest thanks Wendy, The Jones'

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the short walk to the beach (with the wagon and supplies provided) and multiple pools. Everyone we met was friendly and welcomed us back for future stays. We enjoyed the state park the most. We will be returning in the future.

The house has many pros: 1. Kids friendly 2. Great location, easy to visit the Panama beach 3. Spacious enough for 4 families 4. Clean house with many cool things like gym and backyard 5. House in a private gated community 6. Good amenities for visiting beach like the towels, playing kit, chairs etc

Enjoyed our stay here! Felt right at home when we walked in. Sigwayne had everything cleaned and set up.

We love staying in this condo at the Regency Towers. It is super clean & comfortable. It is well stocked and has plenty of extras for guests to use and enjoy. Kelli seems to have thought of everything. The unit is beautifully decorated and very functional for my large family! Thanks for a wonderful spring break week. We will be back!

Had such a great time with 4 kids. Quite gated community with turtles(near the back pool area). Both pools were fun and the spa was so relaxing! Easy to walk to the spa/front pool. Definitely worth the money and Tara can give ya plenty of suggestions of places to go.
