Absolutely wonderful abode to relax and unwind in! We came in during Hurricane Milton and Jenny’s home couldn’t have been a better reprieve for everyone to find serenity. Perfect for adults and children, beautiful, cozy decor and comfy couches! Beds made for an iconic’s night sleep and an enticing, claw-foot bathtub called my name after a long day out-and-about. We spent every night by the fire pit making S’mores with the kiddos and enjoying the cool, evening breezes. The space was ideal for five adults and two kids, with room to spare! Neighbors were also very friendly and walking distance from the Bayou and oyster bar and grill. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!! Jenny was also a fantastic host and very responsive with any need.

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

We had an awesome time at the Mystic Beach House in Panama City Beach! The property was immaculate, just steps from a pristine, quiet beach, and had all the amenities a family needs like a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels/gear, and comfortable living areas. Hosts Kelly and Sandy were incredibly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this beachfront rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

My family decided last minute to stay here at the end of our vacation and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice! The beach/lake kept the kiddos entertained for hours! I had a couple questions while staying and Sherri always had quick and helpful responses. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Sandy Paws is a big, uniquely lovely home in a very natural & wild but welcoming part of Florida. Andy & Travis have done an amazing job setting up the place to make guests feel comfortable & at home, including pets, which we deeply appreciate! (But if it weren't for conveniences like pet bowls & beds etc we wouldn't have known, as it was very clean.) The beds were nice & comfy while the kitchen has a great assortment of utensils, dishes & assorted things you tend to need on vacation. The decks & screened porch were big hits, plus many conveniences like bikes, outdoor shower & golf cart. It's even more spacious than the pictures suggest, with a fun game room & DS mini fridge, big Jacuzzi tub & peaceful, private location just a short walk/drive from the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, sunny, full of shells & not crowded, though we visited in the off season. TH Stone & local food+shops were excellent as well! We had a blast & can't recommend Sandy Paws & its hosts strongly enough.

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

Place is clean, host is very good and enjoyed the home however it’s not walkable to beach or restaurants..

we had some issues, but the host was quick to deal with any issues we had and thoroughly explained why the issues occurred and immediately took care of the issues at hand. the property was beautiful and I will be booking again over and over. all issues were resolved same day. but we fell In love with the property and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. we go to PCB multiple times a year and I can only hope and pray that this property is available every single time we choose to book. wonderful host, wonderful property.

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

Patsy’s cottage is exactly how it is posted. It is spacious and welcoming. We especially enjoyed spending time on the beautiful front porch. Our five weeks were extremely enjoyable and relaxing. We really hope to go back one day. Both hosts, Barbara and Chuck,really deserve to be called super hosts!

Great setup for my family. Essentially 3 separate apartments joined by a common hallway. Only thing missing was some good kitchen utensils but who wants to cook all the time when you're on vacation anyways.

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We had a wonderful time here! The private, white sandy beaches are beautiful especially with the sun sets! We went with our kids and they had a ton of fun playing with the sand toys and the floats that the hosts provided. The decks were amazing too, the grill, lights, and music provided a relaxing space after the long days at the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable, great communicators, and so kind. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!

Nick’s place was in a great location. It’s on a quiet street, but the beach is only a block away. Caribbean Coffee, which had great coffee, pastries & breakfast sandwiches, was just around the corner. There was also a very cute gift shop, Tortuga Moon, next to the coffee shop. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. Nick was very accommodating & answered all of our questions.
