Great experience! Right on the water with amazing views, peaceful vibe, and right across from beautiful walking trails at Tobico. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host was great. She accommodated us during a last minute stay and was so gracious about it. Sheila is a very thoughtful and caring host who knows what it takes to make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Jason was a great host. The house was clean and a great amount of space for our family. We were thankful to have a space of our own while visiting our families for the holiday. Jason was quick to respond on messenger and he checked in along the way to make sure we had everything that we needed.

The place was very clean and perfect for our stay. Great pricing and Holli was very accommodating and responsive.

House was great for us! Had a great time ice fishing the bay and river. Price was vary fair compared to other places. Only wish there was more parking to have trucks and trailors. But we made it work and would rent again!

We stayed Thanksgiving week - the cabin was heated, plenty of blankets. There was difficulty with WiFi; however, Lisa provided a contact number and we were able to connect, even though it was late at night. Thank you, Lisa!

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

Fabulous stay and hope we get back to Bay City so we can come back. In town for a bowling tournament and we had both main floor suites and it was perfect for us. The sitting room, with its huge TV, was a great place for our group to hang out after a day of bowling. The dining room chairs made our nightly cribbage games extra comfy. Beds were great! The housecoats were a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a memorable location with tons of character and special touches this is your spot!

Big Blue was perfect for a father son reunion. There were 4 of us and we each had our own bedroom. The sectional couch in the living room was comfortable for all 4, we enjoy movie time. There’s a nice entertainment room upstairs with a big screen TV. Two and 1/2 bathrooms was really convenient. The remodel is fresh and so is the air, no mildew to worry about for those of us with allergies. I recommend Big Blue and wouldn’t hesitate making a reservation.

In town for a bowling tournament and we stayed in the two main floor units - great space for the 6 of us to share. Watching tv in the main living area with the huge TV was a great way to unwind. Bedrooms were large and beautifully set up. Loved the added touch of bathrobes and the toiletries in the bathrooms. Will be back! The iPad with local highlights programmed in is a great way to let guests like us know what to check out.

We came to Bay City for the St. Patrick's Day race and had a great time! Sara was awesome and allowed us to bring our 3 dogs. It's a great area to go on walks and adventures with dogs. The home was peaceful and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family was there for two weeks during Christmas. The place was amazing! We had plenty of room and were able to host additional family members with ease. The home is beautiful, and well laid out for large gatherings. The basement was awesome for the kids to play and watch TV. The bedrooms had several options for sleeping arrangements and easily accommodated everyone. We had a small maintenance issue, which Jason was quick to resolve. He even had somebody come and shovel the drive while we were there. The location was great as well. I can’t say enough good things about the place!

Great little house for a weekend away. Super close to State Park, restaurants & lake.

My bf and I had a lovely time on their property! Super homey and cozy on such gorgeous acreage. Super friendly and even got to meet some of the new baby goats. A plus is that they have a fenced in yard for pets along with a sheltered spot for them.

Jason’s place was perfect for our annual girls trip. Bay City was a nice spot to visit with plenty of restaurants nearby and would definitely go again!
