We did our 15th mother-daughter time here. It was a spacious and comfortable home—beautiful views of the water.

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! ✨ Every little detail in the house was well thought out, and the unique decor made it feel really special. Super relaxing vibes 🧘‍♂️ and a very friendly, welcoming host 🤗. It definitely went above and beyond our expectations — would totally stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the 3rd or 4th stay here so obviously we love it. The space is so well decorated, it is like pictures from a Kinfolk magazine to life, beautiful but comfortable and welcoming. Great location downtown with lots of great restaurants with a block or two, but you would never know once you are inside. The outside noise of the city are completely blocked out by the thick brick walls of the building. You feel secluded yet are minutes away from everything downtown has to offer. It is wonderful.

Beautiful views, calm and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. The place is so much nicer than the pictures.

The home had so much character inside and out! My kids were skeptical when I showed them the pictures of where we would be staying but it ended up being the perfect space! They enjoyed how charming it was and even though it was an apartment we had tons of space to spread out when we wanted to and the dining room provided the perfect spot to gather everyone for family games! Truly a lovely home!

I came across this listing while I was looking for a weekend getaway. I informed my husband that I was reserving this cute little home whether he was coming with me or not. John's place looks exactly like it is pictured. it is cozy, close to restaurants, close to attractions in Bay City and saginaw, well worth the money that was spent and definitely recommend this cozy little home for anyone who is traveling to this area. definitely hope to return to this Airbnb in the near future.

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

Very convenient to drive on and off the ice with all of our gear ready to go. Parking with large trailer was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!
