Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very close to the beach which was one of the main attractions for our trip. The bike and walk paths were also very accessible and we enjoyed moving around. The condo has everything you need and functioned well for our group of six adults. Lastly, we felt safe staying there. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location right on North Miami Beach. Very quiet, everything is within walking distance. The free Beach Trolley takes you right down to South Beach as well. Very secure building. Sunrise is breathtaking!!!

Punto a consideración: La lavadora y secadora no funcionaban muy bien. La puerta corrediza al balcón desde la sala estaba trancada. Es difícil identificar el televisor para conectarlo con el celular. This beach condo was great, access to ocean was easy, clean, clutter free, well equipped except for shower soap and patio door difficult to open. The only issue was we arrived after dark and they are doing construction on the building which blocked off the entrance to the towers and front entrance. Once we got out of basement garage and got our bearings the next day it was very easy. A little heads up might have helped with this situation. Otherwise, our stay was excellent. Thank you.

Excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area and the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were also beautiful parks nearby and the area felt very safe and walkable.

Comfortable, very clean with a lovely pool - bigger than the photos make it look. We appreciated that the pool was well managed and easy on the chlorine. Full size kitchen that works. Good value for money.

We loved the house and the proximity to the beach and bike trail. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

This home was amazing! The location can't be beat. It is close to the airport, beach, grocery store, and the many restaurants! The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make a great home cooked meal - including a grill outside. I highly recommend this beachy retreat!

We had a wonderful time in Ayat's place! The location is pretty central - very accessible to get to the beach or surrounding neighborhoods. The house was perfect for our large group. Ayat is also very responsive and whenever we ran out of things like toilet paper or detergent, she had them delivered to the house which was very nice.

Stayed here with a group of 14, and this was the perfect spot. The lake is beautiful, the house well kept and organized so that rooms flow together to keep everyone connected. The biggest thing that stood out was Cristian’s helpfulness and responsiveness. I have never seen any host so quick to ensure that our stay was as good as it possibly could be, truly setting the standard of what a being a good host means. Would most definitely stay here again the next time I come to Miami!

We were in Fort Lauderdale for a conference and we found this place very beautiful for all 9 of our team. There is a lovely pool and an outdoor sitting area which was a great place to relax in the evening. The kitchen is modern and great appliances for making breakfast before heading out in the morning. Richard was super responsive and easy to keep in touch with. Overall, very happy with the house and the number of rooms for our party.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

The apartment is even more perfect than the photos. There is so much space! The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. All the snacks, beverages and waters were so thoughtful! We didn’t land in Ft Lauderdale until 9pm, so it was nice that we had a snack and a drink waiting. We are walkers, so we walked to the nearest Publix to get a sandwich, strolled the Broadwalk. We walked to LeTub and had the best burger. The hosts have a folder with suggestions and helpful hints. Perfect location. Perfect Hosts. Perfect vacation.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.
