A beautiful south beach spot. Walkable and nice location. The place was very comfortable and decorated well. Laguna was wonderful - communication was spot on, very helpful.

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

Amazing stay! Amenities and everything I was just like staying at the hotel but better and more privacy! Absolutely enjoyed every minute.

Nice condo conveniently located just steps from the Hollywood boardwalk and beach. This is the less busy side of Hollywood boardwalk. We have previously stayed south of the Margaritaville resort and the beach was always busy. The other side of the boardwalk has more restaurant choices but it’s all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was just as pictured. We had access to beach umbrellas and chairs which was great! Free parking on the property was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay here!

Overall a great stay. Parking was tight as we had a minivan with the family, but always had a spot. Walked to the beach daily and drove to neighboring town each night. Great layout for a family of 5. Kids loved the space. Beach accessories were provided, including a wagon to haul the kids and toys there. Would absolutely stay here again.

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

Great communication with Jeff and he accommodated our request for a later checkout as no one was booked immediately after us. Beds were comfy, linens were luxurious. Location was perfect for our needs and we look forward to a return visit!

This house was so beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7! The common areas are very spacious for everyone to hangout comfortably including inside and outside. We also loved the pool. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hollywood boardwalk which has endless things to do and see at all hours of the day! The host was very responsive to any needs as well prior to our arrival. The house is located in the zone for local transportation (circuit) so it’s easy and cheap to get a ride to the beach or any restaurants if walking is not a convenient option. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Dave’s place. He was very helpful in recommending places to go and things to do, very responsive and friendly and his place was clean and felt safe. The Pool has direct beach access which was amazing and was walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Brandon’s house was perfect for our bachelor weekend. We were able to hang by the pool during the day while we watched March Madness and at night all the bars were walkable / easy to get to. We all had a great time! Would highly recommend this home.

The space is beautiful and the views are breathtaking—-Sunrise over the ocean, and sunset over the intercostal! The pool area is lively with music, food and drink service. The beach is groomed daily and two chairs with an umbrella are available. Amazing dinners just a walk or short ride away. Great memories staying here—highly recommend the space! We had everything we needed!

The host was amazing. I made a mistake with my dates and she was the best to help. Great place great host. I will stay again.

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

L’alloggio di Suzi è in una posizione molto comoda , la casa molto pulita e con ogni comodità. Volendo cercare si potrebbe trovare qualche difetto, ma la propietaria supera ogni aspettativa. Super super gentile, sempre disponibile e sempre con un fare dolce ed accomodante. Spero di tornare presto!!!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed an incredible vacation at Geeta’s! The condo is huge, the view is unobstructed ocean with morning sun and afternoon shade. The pool is enormous and so warm it’s very comfortable to swim in. Literally steps off the beach. The tiki bar downstairs has great, fun beverages and friendly staff. The building itself seems to attract a lot of families, young couples and solo travelers (all very pleasant to meet, no parties or loud music to disturb). 3 adults had more than enough space to be comfortable. There’s great restaurants within 1 mile walking along Collins Ave or the beach walk. Geeta was SO helpful, responsive, her place is very well equipped and comfortable. It is expensive but in my opinion it was a priceless stay! 4 days felt like 2 weeks (in a good way!) can’t wait to book again, thank you geeta :)

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very close to the beach which was one of the main attractions for our trip. The bike and walk paths were also very accessible and we enjoyed moving around. The condo has everything you need and functioned well for our group of six adults. Lastly, we felt safe staying there. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront penthouse, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views that never get old. The apartment itself is beautifully kept, with an antique decor that’s been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and charming feel. The large windows let in tons of light, showcasing the space beautifully, and the sound of the waves in the morning is pure heaven. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and every detail just works. The view alone makes this place unforgettable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless beach getaway!

The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!
