Henry and Vanessa are great hosts. They are kind and professional people who were available when I needed them. The property is beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful. They gave excellent references that were safe and reasonably priced. 10/10

The house was more beautiful than the photos and they have done a gorgeous job decorating and outfitting the home. We loved playing pickle ball, corn hole, and relaxing in the hot tub. The ocean and jungle views are impressive and there was almost always a refreshing breeze. It was our first time to Roatan and I am so glad we decided to stay on the east side. It is way more relaxed than West Bay/West End and the lack of vendors on the expansive beach makes it so much more enjoyable. There were a few inconveniences that arose with the house while we were there, but they are just part of owning a house and Nolan could not have been a better host. He always immediately responded and addressed the concerns. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. If we come back to Roatan, I would definitely not hesitate to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Treetops! The grounds are majestic. We spent every day in the backyard pool and dining while watching hummingbirds. The showers have great jungle views, with plenty of hot water—except for the outdoor rain shower, which is cold but refreshing. Hattie was very responsive, and the housekeeper Deb was sweet and helpful when asked. Most rooms lack dressers, so plan to live out of your suitcase. The primary bedroom has a large closet with lots of extra towels but an open stairwell to the kitchen. All other rooms are enclosed and there is decent A/C. A larger vehicle is best for the steep driveway and dirt road, which can get slippery when it rains. Kensor (Ken), the suggested driver, is a reliable and entertaining alternative. The lower suite had a mildew smell, but Hattie is addressing it and taking it off the listing till it’s fixed. Bring bug spray—picaridin worked well! The nearby Curacion Beach is lovely, but snorkeling is better at West Bay on windy days.

The Dock resort made our first time to Roatan the most memorable trip we've ever taken. It's truly one of a kind!! The staff is absolutely amazing and totally worth the small extra fee. The property itself.....well, I can't even put into words how amazed us and our 6 adult kids were the minute we stepped out of our airport shuttle (which Tony had set up for us). We all agreed this is a "must visit again" place to stay!!! Thank you so much to Tony and "The Dock" staff for helping make this vacation the best we've ever taken as a family🥰

Ada and Jim were so nice and helpful, we felt like we made new friends in Roatan this week. The rooms and property were amazing!!!! Snorkeling everyday right from your back patio, and last but not least Angel was amazing he made sure wanted for nothing for our whole week! 100% recommend Ada’s Garden for your next vacation.

When we first arrived, we were concerned because it is windy in that location..but the breeze was actually refreshing and gave a wild character with the waves crashing on the rocks.A great contrast to the calm of the beaches we visited. Best of both worlds. Wes gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants and Deryl was standing by for anything we needed. Hope was totally gracious to let us keep the bedroom door cracked at night(since the house is solar driven..energy efficiency and safety concern) Kitchen had everything we needed and hot tub was always a pleasure to wrap up the day.The view is spectacular and the house is pristine. Just the best!

Life’s a Beach is a great house! We’ve stayed there on two different occasions. It’s a great location and has a lovely deck right on the beach. The rooftop deck is beautiful for sunsets and we love having the outdoor shower as well.

Our group felt comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet of this residential community. The view from the balcony of the ocean and trees is gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed the hummingbirds flitting about. It’s a very short distance (walkable) to the beach, Scuba Roatán, and a couple of restaurants. Thomas and Carolina were communicative and helpful leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. They also had excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. (Special shoutout to the private chef that was recommended to us. Everything Jennie prepared was phenomenal).

Great stay! Villas are well done, right next to the beach and with access to Paradise amenities.
