Beautiful, clean, and relaxing space! The cottage was inviting and cozy; it was the perfect size for our family of 3. The hot tub was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The space was private yet close to local attractions and the national park. We highly recommend renting this wonderfully beautiful hideaway!

This was our 2nd stay, and I know there will be a 3rd, 4th, 5th .... From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, a sense of peace and calm just overcomes you. Becky is Fabulous!!!! Friendly and always a message away. I would give her and her property more than 5 ⭐ if I could! Highly recommend!

Our stay was an amazing, relaxing weekend. Stephanie was extremely responsive to our message when we had trouble finding the place initially, and Peter was also extremely helpful! Thank you both for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

Absolutely beautiful spot, and the cabin is gorgeous. I loved the radio with Bluetooth connectivity. I listened to Spotify all weekend! lol. And for such a remote, private place it was conveniently close to Liverpool.

The cottage was spectacular! We will definitely return next year for another amazing girls weekend! It included all the necessities and more! However, the road in was treacherous with deep mud and ruts, my suv was struggling, especially in the dark. We’ll plan to go back later in the spring next year as a result.

What a little gem of a place to find! My family enjoyed a weekend away in Sara’s cottage which was charming, clean, cozy and peaceful. The lake view is beautiful and she provides everything you need to relax and unwind. The kitchen was complete with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, condiments, cooking spices and more. I may suggest bringing your own pillows if you are particular like we are ;) We look forward in booking back again in the summer months to use the paddle boats and other water toys.

Our stay at Marie and Harry’s River Valley Escape was incredible! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The hot tub and sauna were a dream, offering ultimate relaxation. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for restful nights. The hosts were kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

This was a lovely stay with easy and convenient access to all of the main island's adventures. We had an unpredictable schedule and Jay and Lisa were very helpful and facilitated self checkin and checkout so we could hike and not worry about arriving/leaving at a precise time.

We stayed here for six nights over the Christmas holiday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The peace and serenity we felt during our stay were absolutely surreal. The property is stunning, and it provided the perfect escape for us to relax and recharge. The neighbors, Rose and Robert, were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hosts, Mark and Michelle, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made this stay special. We can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with amazing people nearby, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

The LightKeeper’s Cottage was in a lovely location next to the lighthouse. The views were spectacular and we were fortunate to see deer, hawks and our first porcupine. The house was spacious and clean. Wendy also provided useful information for our stay. We would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at Alicia’s place, as we were traveling through, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the lake. It was well appointed and made great use of the space. There was only 2 of us but a family of 4 would have no issues. It was extremely clean and cozy. We would stay again if in the area. Thanks Alicia

The lake house met all our expectations. The house is in a beautiful location, the fall scenery was gorgeous and the family had a great time eating, hanging out and playing games. Thanks for having us!

First and foremost, Kristen, our host, was fantastic in every way. She cared very much about our comfort and truly wanted us to enjoy Southwest Harbor and the rest of the island and park. The cottage was very comfortable and had the Maine cottage vibe we were looking for. Wonderful stay all around.

We were looking for a quiet place near Annapolis Royal yet out-of-town, and we found it. The trips to surrounding towns, restaurants, and tourist sites were easy and there was little traffic. Although not all the rooms in the cabin have been fully renovated yet, Patrick thoughtfully provided comfortable furnishings, and there were many 'homey' touches that we appreciated, like adequate lighting in each room, good quality linens and towels, and flowers on the table. We enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen, great shower, and deck for relaxing, outdoor breakfasts, and views of Milbury Lake from the private beach. Patrick was a responsive host and made sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed.

Curtis’s place is the perfect spot to be close to White Point Beach and Liverpool. They had everything you could possibly need and more set up, the space was clean and accessible. The outdoor space really makes this place special! Hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful spot. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working but the host was responsive to make it right. Overall, a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The host went out of her way to make us feel very welcomed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage has a nice open concept.

From the moment we unlocked the door until we drove out the drive 7 days later we were extremely happy with our choice. The cleanliness of the cottage, the brightness of the rooms , the comfort of the beds, you couldn’t ask for anything more. The sunrises are breathtaking. The beach is beautiful, the peace and quiet is amazing. The kitchen had everything imaginable. The yard is huge, front and back. It was so dog friendly. There was even dog dishes at the front and back doors. We liked this place so much we have already booked it for next summer. My whole family gives this cottage and Marie a 5 Star rating all around. Great spot! Family enjoyed a white Christmas here. The house was large enough for 8 of us. The Bunkie was a nice addition, but maybe not able to hold up to really cold nights in winter… but would definitely consider staying here again! Shane was great with communicating. Thanks for a great rental!

We absolutely loved Turning Tides Cottage. We were 3 adults traveling: me, my husband, and my 86 year old mother. The cottage had everything we needed and plenty of space for us. The location was very quiet with lots of privacy. We highly recommend Alie’s cottages and will come back when we return to Grand Manan!
