We Had a family reunion “staycation”!! This Was a perfect spot. Open space for the play pen and baby toys! Beautiful view & yard. We brought our own groceries and stayed in. The kitchen was very workable and had all the kitchen tools we could have needed. The wood stove was such a relaxing mood setter. The outdoor hot tub was lovely! (2 ppl) The deck was perfect for enjoying the outdoors with babies! Host had loads of little fine touches. Washer & dryer worked great! Parking was good, right next to the door and no stairs needed. Felt right at home and very comfortable! This is a perfect location of longer stays!

Great spot! Nothing glamorous but quite a peaceful spot with a great view, and affordable. The cabin was VERY clean!

We’ve been going to Danielle and Drew’s spot for our annual boys weekend for many years now; it’s practically our second home! Sleeps all of us no problem, great common space, beautiful view. Danielle is always very communicative and helpful. Can’t wait for our next trip!

The cabin is rustic, but it has everything you need for a pleasant and easy stay. The cabin was clean, the bed was very comfortable and warm, the bathroom has plenty of warm water. The heater was enough to keep the cabin warm. We travelled with our pet and she was very comfortable throughout the entire stay. The location is excellent! The farm is beautiful and has several trails to hike and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of fresh air. The cabin is about 10 minutes away from town, where there are plenty of good restaurants and friendly locals. It is also very close to the Roque Bluffs State Park. We had a very pleasant stay and Lisa was wonderful!

Nous avons adoré le chalet de Ian et Claudette. Il était d’une propreté immaculée, tranquille et très confortable. Pour les activités que nous avions planifiées, golf et vélo, il était situé de façon idéale. Nous nous déplaçons en voiture électrique, des bornes de recharge (niveau 2) étaient disponibles à proximité ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous espérons retourner au Chalet de Brackley Bay. Mille mercis à nos hôtes.

It’s exactly what I was looking for. There were goats, roosters and cows. We fed the goats. Since there was no internet, it was a digital detoxification for us. For emergency, we can have WiFi. Annika was super fast in terms of response time. Kevin was quick to refill gas for the grill. He also provided extra box of goat food to feed them. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly.

Wonderful place to spend quality time with loved one. Perfect as the listed descriptions. very neat and tidy, spacious and has everything needed for the stay. Great hospitality by the host Gerald.

Great location and view. Very clean and well stocked accommodation. Everything you need is provided. Amazing Linden tree in the yard. Enjoyed the fire pit.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as pictured, and Lynn was a very responsive host. Super clean, lots of space for all family members, and great location from which to explore the island. We’d definitely stay again!

Such a peaceful and relaxing spot! Shonna gave great instructions on how to get in before we arrived, and everything was as described. The cabin and bathroom were clean, and had everything you need for a little getaway. It is so lovely and peaceful outside, with a little river and lots of spots to sit. It was a little chilly out during the time I was there, but I enjoyed my time outside with my pup, and got to enjoy the hot tub as well, for a bit. Great spot to relax!

Such a cute secluded spot next to a babbling brook, with string lights inside and out that make it easy to find. The interior is extremely cozy, with nice bedding and a heated mattress pad for my October stay. Alexa was so great to communicate with, thanks for having me!

Love everything about this place! If you are looking for a place with lots of fun activities and fun this is the one for you. Came with everything we needed and not too far drive from Cavendish! Will stay again in the future.

This was my second visit to this location. Great spot for a large family or a Girls getaway. Everything you need for a group is on site. Large fridge and Wine fridge. Big kitchen counters for our potluck meals. Big dining table/games table. Cozy sitting areas that fits everyone. And Masstown market is minutes away for shopping or those last minute items.

If you want to feel the magic., this property is perfect.! I would definitely recommend and come back again. Jessica is amazing host .. gave farm fresh eggs and we felt right at home. It is a must visit property. The town is beautiful 💖😇

Mark & Rachel’s place is a gem! This is our 2nd trip to Sunnybank Jr and we are already trying to figure out our plans to stay again next year. Our only regret this year was the shorter stay - we should have made it for 3 nights (or more)! But we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The upgrades since last year are a wonderful addition. Our family feels right at home here. The beds are cozy, there’s lots of seating in the kitchen, living room, and newly added sun room, it has everything we need to cook a nice family dinner. You can’t beat the views or the proximity to the ocean. A hop, skip and a jump down the stairs, you are on the ocean floor (or in the water, depending on the tide :)). Mark & Rachel are wonderful hosts. Thanks for another great stay!

Loved this cozy little getaway. Internet was slow, but they upgraded. Was cold but they got me extra heater and blanket. Got stuck in snow but they helped us out. Bought some delicious eggs off of them. Overall, our favorite AirBNB. Would love to go back in the summer

Another great weekend at the Owl & Otter. We keep coming back! Clean, well appointed, comfortable and extra small touches like home baked goods upon arrival. It’s our go-to for our semi annual girls weekend and we can’t say enough positive things about the space and Emily.

exceeded my expectations! The property looked exactly like the photos—clean, well-maintained. The beach was incredibly private, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it feel like our own little paradise. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay and Jennifer was an excellent host! She was very quickly at responding messages and very interesting to talk to the couple of times we met. Perfect location in between Shediac and Bouctouche. We already knew Shediac, but Bouctouche has been quite the discovery!

What a fun and unique spot! Our 4 legged greeter, Arthur, was so friendly and inviting! This place had so much to offer, you can’t get bored in such an amusing setting! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Our check-in went smoothly, the place was even better than the photos listed, overall a great place! Dana was super friendly and the views were lovely.

We stayed at Anne-Marie's place for the Devour Film Festival and it worked out really well. It's a peaceful location with a nice view of the vineyard and across the water to Wolfville. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfy, and the place was spotless. It looked brand new. I would recommend Anne-Marie's place when staying in the Wolfville area.
