If you love waking up to incredible views, having a coffee(supplied by the host) sitting on beautiful outdoor furniture and dining in a room with a view please don't miss this place. And speaking of dining this is the best outfitted kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. Superb.

This home is awesome, so close to everything and has everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool heating wasn't playing ball but we were able to take advantage of the spa.

We had an amazing stay! Rodd was incredibly professional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The house is absolutely stunning and looks exactly like the pictures. The amenities provided truly elevated the experience as we had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. My family and I had so much fun as there's so much to do, and all of the amenities are in amazing condition. Thank you Rodd for being so accomodating! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Me and my family loved staying at this place! The host was helpful and responsive and the place was soo beautiful! The views of Mt Manaia in the morning to the spa pool at night really made us feel relaxed and made our time there so special😌 my daughter had heaps of room to play thanks to the spaciousness and as it’s close to the beach was the perfect way to spend a nice time away together. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!

This house is beautifully situated right on the water - at high tide the water reaches the wall. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very homey. With a log fire, a separate granny flat and 3 other good sized bedrooms, we loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot for a large group tucked in a peaceful setting just outside of Paihia. Nikki was extremely responsive and flexible for Check in and check out. She accommodated a late Check out for our group, which made a world of a difference as we were juggling some last minute work. The house was comfortable, spacious, and very peaceful. I especially silly appreciated the open layout and the comfortable beds. Thank you Nikki for being a great host, we will definitely stay here again!

This is the most outstanding home we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot of amazing homes. The well thought out design, perfectly equipped house (kitchen to joyfully cook meals, luxurious linens, extras for beach visits, really absolutely everything you’d want), and a gorgeous interior. The house is situated perfectly with privacy from the unit next door. The whole backside of the home is glass with giant sliders to open, catch the breeze and watch the ocean. The moonrise over the ocean and the sunrise over the ocean from bed is the cherry on top. This peaceful quiet space is number one on our list! Reserve it!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. It even smelled great when we arrived. We ordered the breakfast basket which was delivered with flowers and was so good. The bbq basket was also worth it. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had the best stay. My kids loved the pool and spa . Fay's place has everything you need Even came and checked the pool for us . I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are looking for some peace and quiet from city life.

Beautiful, peaceful location. House was spotless and had everything you needed. Multiple outside zones to enjoy the nature and water views. Super private and only a 7 min drive to the heart of Russell.

Immaculate presentation in a simply stunning location. Fantastic hosts and complete privacy and seclusion. Whangaroa is a hidden jewel, off the beaten track, with plenty of great activities close by. Highly recommend to stay and play at Kauri Hill.

We are delighted with our holiday at Terry’s beautiful home. An incredible view in a position that must be classed as a national treasure! The house is excellent in every way. Super design, spacious rooms highly comfortable beds, a lovely spa pool, highly equipped kitchen and many other great features - all that one can possibly need. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cabin. It was well equipped, had beautiful views, and felt really private. The property is fully fenced which was great for our dog. Tonia is a great host and was responsive to any messages during our stay.

What an amazing little cottage on the water to relax and enjoy New Zealand's beauty! Perfect little spot to catch up with nature and see so many species of birds all around. The cottage even had fresh picked flowers when we arrived to make it even more magical. We can not wait to return to the cottage on our next trip back to New Zealand. The host Anna was wonderful and very responsive our entire stay! She helped us out and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Thank you so much Anna, you were amazing.

Linda was friendly, helpful & a great host, allowing us to arrive early on short notice & kindly offering a few extra hours on our last day. We enjoyed the stay very much w the serene private backyard & outdoor bath. Great access to the township & local pub just a stroll out the backgate! Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning! Would love to stay again. Leah and Jan were very prompt at replying and very flexible with our arrival as we chopped and changed our plans last minute. Google maps takes you right to the driveway and we had no problems driving up the gravel hill in a Hyundai i30. This place is GORGEOUS. The view from the cottage and the BBQ area is amazing. We had a full moon and sat out on the deck watching the moon, and listening to lots of kiwi’s nearby! During the day we sat and read our books in the sun. We also loved the bath and the pizza oven. They’ve thought of everything and pay a lot of attention to detail. I was impressed that not even the outdoor areas had any spider webs - so clean and tidy! The bed was very comfy and we had a wonderful sleep each night. Serene!
