The apartment is spacious and bright, suitable for a couple. fast internet (300mbps) and the working desk with chair allow you work comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom cover all the basic needs. The location is in 20 minutes from the town center and the sea coast and 5 mints from the hypermarket. The host is very kind and responsive, met us in person at the checkin and checkout and helped us when we discover that forgot something during leaving.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Marko's beautiful apartment. We felt very welcome! Marko picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area. The communication was friendly with quick responses. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. Bus stop, ferry, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

красивый вид из окна. рассветы и закаты. хозяйка была дружелюбная и отзывчива. все вопросы решались быстро. хороший комфортный диван и матрас. отлично выспались и отдохнули. есть смарт тв Ютуб и Нетфликс. кухня удобная все работает. спасибо

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

We had such a great time in Budva and Marina’s place was the perfect location! She is very friendly and accommodating, and gave some great recommendations to us. Definitely worth it to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay- the apartment is beautiful and it’s a lovely peaceful location. We used Uber everywhere with no issues to get to the city and to Cavtat. The supermarket in walking g distance is great too. Thank you for such a warm welcome. You have thought of everything!

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

I've stayed at dozens of places all over the world and I can say that Petivat Gardens is 5 STARS and is the BEST place! The hospitality is like family (but with such good boundaries). One of the owners runs a 5 star hotel so they know how to create a hospitable environ. I'm able to work and play in a sublime setting. The apartment is brand new with no kinks or adjustments. It's "white-glove" clean and all the appliances are also new and in excellent working order. It's big enough for two to work online (Zoom) without sound or Internet issues. The bed is very comfortable. The sun is delicious and brightens up the apartment. I cook a few times a week and everything is available (cookware, utensils etc.) The surroundings are serene with the sun dancing off the green-blue sea just through the trees. It's located in a large quiet farm, but just a short walk (2-3 minutes) to the main street. The olive grove, the vineyard, the flowers all make for a place of rest and fun.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

We had a great experience at Mira’s, the views of the water and surrounding mountains couldn’t get any better! The hot tub was such a luxury, the area was peaceful and private, Mira was helpful, friendly and fast with communication. Perast is less than 5 minute driving away and is so serene, we loved sitting with a coffee here in the bay and reading. Recommend! (But definitely with a car!)

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

If you are visiting Montenegro this is the place to stay! Aneta was the friendliest, most helpful and delightful host we have met. The apartment is exactly like the photos although they probably don't do it justice. It is beautifully furnished and has a fabulous outdoor space. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi watching the boats go by! The view is spectacular and will live in our memories forever. There are beautiful places around the bay to visit. We particularly enjoyed Perast and Port Montenegro. The cable car is a must. Views from up at the top were awesome. Food and wine good too. Very rarely visit a place twice but Aneta's apartment will be an exception. Didn't want to leave. Go and enjoy!

It was AMAZING !! Niksa welcomed us with a home made drink and cake , the place was even better in real life then on the photos , we had an amazing and relaxing time, niksa really made sure we had everything + he and his family were very caring , I would definitely recommend this one because I’d really come back to it Everything was perfect

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

A beautiful well presented apartment with everything we needed and more! The little extras like milk, juice and bread and fruit we were so grateful for. And the homemade cherry liquor and cake were an added bonus! Spotlessly clean and comfortable too. The local area of Mlini was lovely and peaceful. We travelled at the end of season so only a few restaurants still open, but they were all fantastic! Great for a walk along the seafront, plenty of shaded areas to sit if it’s too hot and plenty of places to stop for a drink. Only 10-15 min by UBER or bus into Dubrovnik old town which we have visited before and love. Plenty of culture and history to see and activities to do! We will definitely be coming back to Dubrovnik area for a 3rd+ time and will be adding Diana and Mihaela’s apartment as our number 1 choice for accomodation! Thank you x
