A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

Such a lovely apartment with a huge balcony and a gorgeous view! The location was perfect! close to everything we needed. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Our host was fantastic, super friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

Konaklama yeri fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. Havuz ve jakuzi olması çok rahatlatıcı. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü dost canlısı. Montenegronun gezilmesi gereken yerlerine çok yakın. Güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar montonegroya gelirsek burada kalmak isteriz.

Amila is a fantastic host, really friendly, helpful and responsive. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition with excellent facilities, a full kitchen, great pool and hot tub. We stayed as a group of two families and there was lots of room for us and our children. It is close to the airport, but not at all noisy, and looks out onto nice countryside. We really loved our stay and would recommend this property and Amila as a host.

The apartment was large, modern and very comfortable. There is a large terrace and a garden. Uros met us and showed us everything, and was friendly and very forthcoming with recommendations. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the old town, with a bakery just a few steps away. Kotor itself is a beautiful destination. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Miro was a super responsive and accommodating host, even though we checked in very late. He saw us off the next morning, giving us a tour of his beautiful garden and giving us recommendations for our time in the area. :) Highly recommend! Thank you, Miro. :)

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Postkartenblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ist großartig! Nach ca. 300 Stufen erreicht man das Meer, wo man meist alleine ist. Katica ist sehr sympathisch, wie eine Mutter und sie gibt wertvolle Tipps. Sie hat uns auch Gebäck und Sherry gebracht. Kaum glaublich im Süden Europas: Es gibt keine bellenden Hunde. Überhaupt ist es sehr ruhig, je nach Wind hört man aber die in der Nähe der Wohnung vorbeiführende Straße. Genau genommen sind es keine zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchen, die zum Bett umfunktioniert werden können. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer vom Schlafzimmer zum Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Katicas Wohnung buchen.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

My family and me (family of 5) had a wonderful time in Tivat, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and a child. The pool and grill available made our trip even better since it was nice to cool off in the pool during the hot day. Just over the road from the apartment you can find two grocery stores which have all the necessities. The sea with an amazing view is just a short walk from the airbnb. Djuro was a great host, he gave some good tips for restaurants but also organised transfer both from and to the airport. If we ever go to Montenegro again we will definitely stay here.

Marina’s apartment was clean, comfortable and the pool area was lovely. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the walk into town.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Z całego serca polecam dom Pero. Dom ustytuwany w górskiej wiosce, zdala od zgiełku, wśród natury. Dom jest niesamowity! To jedno z najciekawiej urządzonych miejsc, jakie odwiedziliśmy. Ja i dzieci byliśmy zachwyceni tym pobytem. Wszystko w rzeczywistości wygląda jeszcze lepiej, niż na zdjęciach. Okolica jest piękna, a basen to wisienka na torcie. Pero codziennie dbał o jego czystość. Okolica jest piękna, mieliśmy z niej wszędzie blisko do różnych atrakcji: ciekawe plaże, Dubrownik, Czarnogóra. Konieczny samochód lub Uber jesli ktoś chce eksplorować tak wiele miejc, jak my. W okolicy jest także mnóstwo winnic oraz restauracji, w których można degustować produkowane tam wina. Szczerze polecam to miejsce. To prawdziwy raj. Dom Pero oraz Dubrownik i okolice to były nasze wakacje marzeń. Chciało się tam zostać na dłużej...

Great villa in a fabulous location. Walking distance down to good choice of restaurants in Mlini and easy boat to Cavtat or Dubrovnik which we also used Ubers for. Natalia was a great host, giving lots of local recommendations and even booking us a table at a lovely restaurant in the old town after we’d done her walking tour. She can also arrange transfers or trips out. Villa provided plenty of space for 10 and we enjoyed the sea views and lovely pool. Being able to walk down to the sea for a swim after lunch was also a bonus. Croatia is a beautiful country and we were struck by how friendly everyone was (Uber drivers were a great source of information!). Large villas within walking distance of beach/bars/restaurants are hard to find but this was a great spot for us. A great holiday.

Leona and her family are great hosts! They were super attentive to any questions/requests we had and helped out immediately. Their airbnb is located in a very nice area with large shops nearby for shopping but also close to the beach allowing for a super chill stay! Highly recommend to anyone!

Mahtava majoitus Cavtatissa! Sijainti oli kätevä, lähellä lentokenttää, ja lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle sekä ravintoloihin. Uima-allas asunnon yhteydessä oli mukava lisä, ja maisemat olivat todella kauniit. Lähellä sijaitsi myös kiva kahvila, josta sai hyvää kahvia ja leivonnaisia. Kokonaisuudessaan ihana ja rentouttava loma – suosittelen lämpimästi!
