The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

What a find! A lot of space in and outside. Lovely rural setting. Great to watch the sunset from the hot tub, overlooking the area. The "best" beach is amazing, Antun's tips were much appreciated. good parking and facilities. A beautiful private patio/balcony with hot tub, seating and loungers and also you are allowed to use the shared garden with lots more seating, pool and summer kitchen. Thank you. Definitely recommend this place.

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff. Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

Amila is a fantastic host, really friendly, helpful and responsive. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition with excellent facilities, a full kitchen, great pool and hot tub. We stayed as a group of two families and there was lots of room for us and our children. It is close to the airport, but not at all noisy, and looks out onto nice countryside. We really loved our stay and would recommend this property and Amila as a host.

The winery resort is an amazing place to spend a few days. The villas are beautiful with every comfort that you might need. The space we rented had our own private jacuzzi with view over the mountains. Our stay started with a complimentary wine tasting of the four wines that the family produces at the location and the host who is also a University professor regaled us with stories of the region and the history. For an extra fee you can order dinner and breakfast to be delivered to your door. The pool is refreshing for a dip at the end of the day where you can chat with other guests and there are bicycles at your disposal if you want to take the 10 minute trip to the adorable tourist town on the edge of Lake Skadar (the largest lake in Southern Europe) which is a national park with protected bird species. My husband and I returned from our trip feeling rested and rejuvenated after our time at Nemanja's place. Highly recommend!
