We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Amazing villa. Better then pictures. The view is amazing.the pool area is perfect, with a bar and toilet and loads of day beds. We were friends with children, each floor has its own kitchen and dining area so plenty of space to socialise but also not be on top of each other.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Hrvoje was an excellent host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beautiful roof terrace and second terrace with a pool was a highlight of our holiday. Booking and checking in was easy. Hrvoje even arranged our airport taxi and was waiting to meet us at the apartment. We arrived early and Hrvoje was very flexible in letting us check in. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of hot water. The outside areas were beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying the sun and sunsets from the roof terrace. Hrvoje was always available for advice and even arranged a tour of the area for us that suited my 8 year old nephew and 78 year old mother. Overall, a great Airbnb and I would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Z całego serca polecam dom Pero. Dom ustytuwany w górskiej wiosce, zdala od zgiełku, wśród natury. Dom jest niesamowity! To jedno z najciekawiej urządzonych miejsc, jakie odwiedziliśmy. Ja i dzieci byliśmy zachwyceni tym pobytem. Wszystko w rzeczywistości wygląda jeszcze lepiej, niż na zdjęciach. Okolica jest piękna, a basen to wisienka na torcie. Pero codziennie dbał o jego czystość. Okolica jest piękna, mieliśmy z niej wszędzie blisko do różnych atrakcji: ciekawe plaże, Dubrownik, Czarnogóra. Konieczny samochód lub Uber jesli ktoś chce eksplorować tak wiele miejc, jak my. W okolicy jest także mnóstwo winnic oraz restauracji, w których można degustować produkowane tam wina. Szczerze polecam to miejsce. To prawdziwy raj. Dom Pero oraz Dubrownik i okolice to były nasze wakacje marzeń. Chciało się tam zostać na dłużej...

We stayed for 6 days and had a fabulous holiday. Marija and Anton were perfect hosts providing us with lots of lovely treats during our stay. The villa was beautiful, immaculately clean with everything we needed as well as being really peaceful and private. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space for us all. This was our first visit to Croatia, loved Dubrovnik old town and visiting Lokrum island by boat. Mlini itself is lovely. Pebble beaches but very calm clear sea. Lovely to stroll along seafront with a few nice bars and restaurants. We also did kayaking from here. We hope to return and would definitely stay at Marija and Antons villa again.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Bergen. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und das Haus ist gut zu erreichen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und der Grill lädt draußen zum Barbecue ein. Die Badezimmer und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Ana-Marija war erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Wir hatten eine tolle und unvergessliche Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

We were in Montenegro for a week, enjoying the sea in Petrovac and discovering the country by car. The appartment was very nice, clean and with everything we needed including parking space for our rental car. It is very well located, the beach is easily reached on foot and so are all necessary shops, restaurants etc. Our hosts were very kind and available, which contributed to our excellent vacation week ! We can only recommend staying at this appartment if you are looking to spend some time in Petrovac !

Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht. Marijana war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Beste ist jedoch die Aussicht auf die Adria.

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Ivana place is so perfect. Felt like home. Ivana mom is so lovely, she even offer coffee upon our arrival.

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

Beautiful house, spacious, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views out of the windows and the balconies! Photos don't really do it justice. Glenda was so helpful with everything, booking us a transfer from the airport to the airbnb and advising us on buses and cabs and restaurants once there. We were a group of 10 friends and it was ideal for us. The only thing i'd say is if you have limited mobility and don't have a car you might struggle to get up the final hill to the house, but we were all able-bodied so it was fine!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

My friends and I had a great weekend! The house is amazingly comfortable and authentic. It has everything you need inside, it’s very cozy, and there’s plenty of space. That was amazing! Thanks soooo much!

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Montenegro und Jas und Rosa haben es zu einer unvergesslichen Erinnerung gemacht . Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben es uns einfach gemacht das wir uns schnell wie zu Hause fühlten . Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön . Jas hat uns viele Tips gegeben und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an die liebe Rosa . Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Branka und ihrem Mann zu Besuch. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die beiden sind fantastische Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett! Bei Fragen hatten Sie immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und als der Ofen nicht richtig funktioniert hat, haben Sie direkt einen Neuen bestellt und einbauen lassen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser idyllischen Unterkunft. Das Steinhaus hat großen Charme und ist sehr gut und reichlich ausgestattet. Es ist vor allem was für Menschen, die sehr abgelegen wohnen möchten.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 3 terraces which allowed us to sit outside with great views to the sea. We also enjoyed walking down to the sea from the house and having the small shop very nearby was very useful. We would recommend a stay here.
