Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful find. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The outdoor space was idyllic (beautiful views perfect for bird watching, and the pool and spa were a treat to have all to ourselves). Kris is such a kind, lovely person, and ensures that you have everything you need for the perfect stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and would definitely book again on a return trip.

Stunning Lake Views & Thermal Plunge Pool

We loved staying at Bayley’s beautiful lakeview home. It was so bright and modern inside, the outdoor spaces were wonderful, and we LOVED watching the sunset each night. The huge backyard was fun to run around in with our 3 year old and we really enjoyed using the thermal tub daily. This location was perfect for our stay, our son had so much fun going to The Landing, Taupo DeBretts Hot Pools, and McDonalds in an airplane. The Taupo Domaine playground was also a favorite. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend staying in this lovely AirBnB. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the amenities and view were the cherry on top! Thank you Bayley!

Quiet retreat with all amenites

We had such a lovely stay, we brought our bikes and enjoyed the easy access to the path along the river. The accommodation is spacious and clean and has everything we needed. We enjoyed the spa and pool, its very private and has a lovely outlook to large trees. Highly recommend!

Lake Terrace Unit with Private Thermal Pool

Shelley’s place is conveniently located to the shops and Tongariro NP as well as local thermal valleys (hot springs at Waikite and Orakei-Korako Cave thermal park). The view to the lake and beyond from the lounger area is superb. The apartment felt very homely and we especially enjoyed the BBQ. We would recommend Shelley’s place to other travellers.

Mandy's house is located in a very quiet area. There are beautiful views outside the house and the interior is decorated with great care. It's a wonderful accommodation experience and highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, functional, and comfortable. We really liked the location as we could walk along the lake to everything we needed and it was convenient to other attractions. The stay was perfect!!!!!

Really enjoyed out stay. Fantastic location and a great sized apartment. The kids loved the pools and it was super convenient to have the use of 2 car parks. Thanks for having us and sorting out a porta cot. We'd love to come and stay again :)

My group and I had a great time at this house. it was easily able to accommodate 10+ adults and had space for all of us to relax and make the most of our time there. Barry was a great host, very responsive to messaging and flexible with our groups requests. We would happily come back.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay in Papamoa.. So nice to bring family altogether under one roof to holiday and enjoy quality time in a relaxed environment. Amazing host, so informative and helpful at every step of the way.. a beautiful l home with plenty of space to chillax and a great safe outdoor area for little ones. The property is very well equipped and can easily access all surrounding areas, beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants etc by walkways or car. A most enjoyable holiday, thank you so much :)

Stayed over Tarawera Ultra Trail weekend with 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The place worked well for our group and was a great base for the event. Would happily stay again!

We were at the Mount for a family holiday. We were all staying in seperate accommodation and coming from different destinations. My BNB was perfect in every way . Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, safe and friendly staff throughout the complex. Jenny was wonderful in all her communication and I was able to have an early checkin, which took the stress out of arriving. Thoroughly recommend this BNB .
