i've visited the place before but Cristina's place was better. the kids had a great time. we really enjoyed the stay.

Maribel Place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, a refreshing change from the usual crowded hotels. Having a store inside the condominium was very convenient, and the on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious food options. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps away. Maribel was a wonderful host—always attentive and quick to respond to any messages. I highly recommend Maribel Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

El departamento es hermoso, muy amplio y cómodo. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios para una estadía en pareja o en familia. Se encuentra dentro del complejo Cadaques ( es como un complejo all inclusive pero son departamentos de airbnb ) el complejo tiene una pileta central hermosa con juegos para niños, seguridad con barrera en la entrada, un minimercado para hacer compras, un restaurante frente al mar, playa con reposeras del complejo que se pueden utilizar, un muelle hermoso con reposeras súper cómodas y escaleras para bajar a nadar al mar (las puestas de sol desde el muelle son hermosas). Al ser el mar caribe el que da hacia Bayahibe hay menos oleaje y viento que en Punta Cana lo cual es excelente y la zona es perfecta para hacer snorkel y ver peces en las barreras de coral artificiales. Por sobre todas las cosas queremos destacar el buen trato y buena predisposición de Roberta con nosotros, disfrutamos mucho de los días allí y lo recomendamos 100% ! Sin dudas volveríamos 🫶🏽

Good apartment in a central location; I had a good stay and would come back if I were staying in Bayahibe again; Many shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance; Parking available in front of building; A (minor) disadvantage (at least currently): just across the street, there is major construction work going on (which caused some noise during daytime), but no problem when inside the apartment with the door closed - and no noisy during the night.

Paso a explicar todo bien detallado desde una mirada objetiva y de un nuevo cliente -Karina es una buena anfitriona qué pudo ayudarne cuando lo solicite y respondió rápido -El dpto es muy lindo , si bien no es lujoso tiene comodidades y es mucho más lindo que en las fotos (volveria), nosotros fuimos con mi señora y mis hijos de 9 y 11 ños y estuvimos bien comodos -El complejo es hermoso, los viernes, sábado y domingo abren los toboganes de agua (gratis) y están muy buenos , las piscinas también son lindas. -la playa es increiblemente linda, aguas tranquilas, te podes meter 50 metros adentro qué es tranquilo, (ojo con las mantarayas) poca gente y educada, aguas transparentes , un poquito fría pero igual que en todo dominicana. -el complejo tiene 1 solo restaurante, poco caro pero bueno , es para ir pocos días, también hay un minimarket que también un poco caro pero no hay nada cerca, si quieren comprar recomiendo dominicus qué está cerca y hay varios minimarket. Volveria sin dudas

Le logement était au top du top !! Celui ci est très sécurisé ! Piscine génial ! Il est prêt de tout, ce qui est est très pratique. La plage n est vraiment pas loin et celle ci est magnifique 😍 vous avez de très bon mojitos ( comme dans chaque resto à Bayahibe) Franchement on reviendra 😀 Si vous désirez faire des excusions passez via Maria Duclos Berenguer Mayo elle est géniale .. excursion en petit comité Juan Carlos a toujours été très réactif à mes messages et le plus il nous a permis de rester un peu plus tard dans la journée car notre avion été en soirée et l appartement été libre .. Je recommande ☺️

We really enjoyed staying at Lenny’s place. We had been to the Tracadero previously on a day pass and were excited to return and Lenny’s place did not disappoint. The property and grounds are stunning. Lush gardens and greenery throughout the complex. The unit itself is wonderful. It’s laid out well and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom itself is dark and quiet for a great sleep. We used the back patio multiple times a day. Very private and quiet back there with views. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast daily and eat on the patio. The resort itself was not very busy so we had no issues getting chairs. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner and for lunch we usually grabbed a pizza from the restaurant on site. Our flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before we were supposed to leave and Lenny was able to work around our new arrival time. She also answered various questions before we left. We’d love to return to Lenny’s place.

Love the place our family had a great time here easy to find and close to beach and restaurants.

Fantastic place. Absolutely beautiful location and surroundings. One of the most stunning beaches that are available. Once you check out other places or even go by the shore you will find that this one is the most secluded and clean :) The place had lots of green areas and shade to relax in. The host was super proactive and always replied within minutes so we had 0 tono issues, whatever we needed Julio was quick to reply and provide on. Would definitely go back to this place again given the opportunity :) The walk to the city can be quite long, but honestly, we loved our "walk outs" we would take a walk to the city every day either by the beach or road.

Pasamos una semana increíble en un destino paradisíaco con un loft que no se queda atrás: - la cama muy cómoda. - las cortinas blackout + cortina metálica = oscuridad perfecta para descansar. - aire acondicionado potente. - ventilador nuevo muy bueno. Cadaqués es un complejo familiar muy tranquilo y bello. Milagros una gran anfitriona estando al pendiente. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Una observación que ya se le hizo al anfitrión: hace falta más espacio para tender toallas, trajes de baño y en general cosas mojadas para que se alcancen a secar. Una recomendación culinaria: vayan al Taco Tuesday en Onno's y no coman en Turquesa (restaurante de Cadaqués) pues tiene mala relación calidad/precio. El loft/departamento se encuentra en planta baja.

¡Nuestra estancia con Divina y Andreas fue fantástica! El apartamento era limpio, moderno y luminoso, y la ubicación era ideal tanto para descansar como para hacer turismo. Los anfitriones son realmente excepcionales: muy hospitalarios y serviciales, además de ser personas maravillosas. Ficamos satisfeitos com a recepção dos anfitriões, sempre muito solícitos a atender as nossas necessidades, o apartamento é grande confortável, com ar condicionado na sala e quartos. Atendeu as nossas expectativas.

Milan est très réactif, appartement impeccable dans résidence gardée par gardien. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Belle piscine, idéal pour se rafraîchir après les balades. Prévoir de sortir la journée car des immeubles sont en construction en ce moment et cela occasionné du bruit. Climatisation dans chambre utile. Moustiquaires de partout. Nous y retournerons certainement.

This is my favorite place I have stood in. I will recommend this to all my friends and I will travel again and stay at this location. Everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Los Altos, Casa de Campo. The space was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Brander Javier was an exceptional host — kind, responsive, and attentive throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic, and I hope to return soon!

El apartamento es impecable, tal cual a las imágenes. Posee todo lo necesario para garantizar una confortable y segura estadia. Con su anfitrión Piotr estuvimos en contacto antes y durante la misma, respondiendo a cada inquietud o solicitud siendo muy preciso y amable en sus recomendaciones. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con muchas ansias de volver a visitar el complejo y su ubicación, siendo Dominicus un lugar paradisíaco. Solo quedan palabras de agradecimiento para Piotr y para sus contactos que nos ofrecieron con profesionalismo y cordialidad las gestiones que necesitamos.

The apartment is beautiful. Very comfortable. It has everything you need for a peaceful and restful weekend. Without a doubt, I would rent it again. I've marked it as one of my favorites.
