The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Cyrus and his place were top notch, standing out among the many many Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed in over the years. Cyrus left extensive instructions and information, including a 10 minute video tour of the entry procedures and quirks of the old but charming apartment. The patios, views (watch the sunset at home!) and location absolutely could not be beat, and the spaces were comfortable and clean and stylishly appointed. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you, Cyrus!

Our host, Renee, provided everything we could have asked for, excellent communication and detailed information on getting around. Waking up in the morning to the gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains was fabulous. Condo is as described and pictured, spotless and very comfortable. Renee is a fabulous host!

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

Ernesto’s apartment was beautiful. Ocean and beach views are epic from his balcony. Absolutely the best location in Vega Baja. Ernesto was very thoughtful, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay at his Beach House again. I highly recommend staying here when you travel to Vega Baja.

The apartment was so comfortable! Even though our trip was during a really hot and humid part of the year, the a/c cooled the place down quickly. We were able to access several spots with ease. They also had a lot of helpful resources that we didn’t think to bring! Like aloe, handheld fans, makeup remover, and a hairdryer. They even had a book of local recommendations. We were so grateful to be able to have everything we needed, even if we didn’t think to bring it ourselves! It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the building at first, but we realized we had accidentally missed the check in instructions that Juan and Nilda had sent to us! Once we read those, everything was COMPLETELY clear. Make sure to give those a read *before* you get there. Other than that, it was a smooth trip! Fantastic food within walking distance, easy access to Old San Juan, and a really comfortable place to stay!

The location is amazing!! Sitting on the deck watching the waves, swimming in the ocean, easy uber to old San Juan….it was all lovely. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Loly’s place. The complex is nice and right by the pool and the private access beach with plenty of gear to use. Comfortable beds for all of us. It was a great spot to go explore the rainforest as well. Loly was helpful about how to get groceries since we had a late flight, and she is very responsive.

This place was beautiful! Truly felt like an oasis with a gorgeous interior. Air conditioners worked great and we had plenty of hot water. Pool was gorgeous and my kids loved playing in it every morning while we got ready for the day. Socorro was incredibly helpful and very responsive. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The only negative was that the location was a bit far from everything we ended up doing (about an hour to El Yunque, the beach, San Juan, etc.). But otherwise it’s in a neighborhood and only a few minutes from Costco, Walmart, etc. Still worth the commute if you want a clean, cozy place to return to each day. Def recommend!

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

Great place two minute walk from the beach. Beaches were never crowded and gated in community made the house feel safer. Host was always clear with communication also.

The unit was spotless, and everything was beautiful and brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the hot water and A/C worked very well. The location is right on the beach as described. The pool is awesome and goes super deep. The kids pool and jacuzzis are under construction. They provide you with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, extra bedding, coffee, paper towels, you name it, it's there. Right across the street they have restaurants and CVS and an incredible 24 hour supermarket a few minutes away. There are some incredible restaurants right down the street as well. The Bistro Café had the best breakfast we've ever had at any restaurant around the world. The condo is 5 minutes from the airport, super convenient. The security is very professional and we felt very safe. We would wake up every morning and watch the sunset down on the beach. Nothing in life is perfect, but this rental was definitely great

The apartment was in an excellent location; you could walk to everything. Apartment was clean, and host extremely responsive. Had everything you needed. Security was very helpful and always made you feel safe. The pool was clean but not inviting. Limited area to lounge and usually people there.
