Quiet home in a quiet neighborhood (bar the occasional people riding horses through or blaring the typical reggaeton). Would recommend. About 25min drive to the beaches. Place was clean and felt safe.

I would def book this again when visiting San Juan. Bayamón is not far from all the touristy San Juan night life and day activities. This location was peaceful on a dead end street I loved my master bedroom and the beautiful yard with swings and flowers. This place is well taken care of and def would rebook when coming to PR. We had a rental so getting groceries and getting around was easy.

The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. They maximized a small space and made it feel warm and welcoming! It was a perfect location for us, close to the Bayamón soccer complex and the Centro de Tenis Honda. Angelique was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt right at home! The directions to find the home were clear but it’s tough with no street signs to know exactly where to go…the area was safe, neighbors were wonderful and area restaurants were very very good and reasonably priced! We will definitely be back every time we’re are in town for a tournament! Thank you again, Angelique!

Cesar and Yamila place is beautiful, extremely clean, quiet and just as described. We had a great time, specially because location was very convenient for us. The only complaint we have is that the water heater didn't work, only for one day. Cesar said he called for service so hopefully it gets fixed soon.

We had a small issue with our unit but Steve was very responsive and made it right immediately. He’s very responsive and kind. We’ll definitely use him again. Thanks Steve!

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Great stay! Debora was super responsive and helpful. The area is gated and very private, which made for a super relaxing, quiet experience. The beach in walking distance is small but pretty nice, but definitely not a vast sandy beach if you’re looking for that. The kitchen is super well stocked for cooking. Overall, I think it’s a great pick for its value for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

When we arrived we found out our Airbnb had been canceled. We searched for a new one and found Yvonne’s! She was very accommodating and able to help us last minute. She even met us at the house and showed us around. She was helpful with recommendations as well! Property is close to the beach and has peaceful backyard to relax by pool!

Beautiful home! Fell in love with how peaceful and quiet it was. Very spacious and comfortable. The host was great and very helpful would definitely book again.

Sonia’s place was a find! Not only CLEAN, but excellent location and so easy to find. Lovely linens and plenty of towels. The bathroom is huge with excellent shower and hot water and water pressure. Parking on the property was also a plus as many rentals in PR don’t have on site parking. Had a couple of questions and Sonia responds within minutes and was so friendly and gracious. Having a pool was definitely a nice plus. Was traveling with my daughter and always felt completely safe. You will not regret staying at Sonia’s!!!

Oh my goodness. we so much enjoyed this place. We loved that Rafael was in the area and quick to help us anytime we needed. It was the perfect atmosphere for our family and the setup could not be better. We are so hoping that we will be able to stay again. We even told our family where we would be staying every time we come to Dorado. The beach was right across the street which was so convenient and fun. Plenty of night life but we could not hear it when we were inside. so close to eating establishments and shops. Our grand babies loved that both rentals were connected and I loved that it was enclosed but you still had an wonderful view of the beach that was just a stone's throw away.... Thank you Brenda and Rafael. WE LOVED YOUR PLACE.

Mila was very helpful from the beginning to the very end. Any question I may have had she always had an answer for me. I ran into a situation during my stay and she was very understanding and accommodating. Her place was very spotless clean and quiet. I loved and appreciated the snacks that she left out for us. That was pretty cool. Everything was pretty much in walking distance which I loved. If you need a uber for anything it’s very low costing. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay. Thanks Mila we enjoyed everything.

Was exactly how described and pictured. Diana was proactive in giving me instructions how to arrive. She was also very responsive.

Great vacation home in Puerto Rico! Very cozy and clean! No problems with electricity and water, everything worked well! Not far from the ferry to Old San Juan, the airport and beaches are also quite close. Not far from a huge Plaza with shops and cafes. Very responsive hosts. Thank you, we really liked it!

Es la primera vez que rento una casa por medio de esta aplicación y esta experiencia ha sido gratificante. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de la visita. Este viaje fue uno familiar y estar en el área de Bayamón era prioridad; y esta casa fue ideal. Orlando es un gran anfitrión. Es una casa de dos habitationes, ambas con aire acondicionado y una sala muy acogedora con un love-seat-bed ideal para otra persona. La sala también tiene AC, lo que hace del espacio aún más cómodo. Conocemos la situación del país en cuánto a la electricidad, y contar con una planta eléctrica era también importante. Solo una noche de niestra estadía de 7 noches se fue la luz, y la planta funcionó sin ningún, problema. Si tenemos que volver a Puerto Rico en un viaje familiar, no dudaría en volver a este lugar. Gracias.

Ana Laura and Javier are excellent hosts. They are very communicative and proactive -- they offered a lot of great recommendations and were also quick to answer questions. The house itself is a great space. It was well stocked with everything you'd need, from paper towels to beach towels to kitchen necessities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and equipped with the necessities. The common spaces were fabulous -- lots of space for dining, playing games, watching a movie together, hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood is quiet. You'll need a car if you stay here, but this is the case in general in PR. It was a great central location for the airport, Old San Juan, and other day trips that we took both to the east and the west. We loved hanging out on the patio at night after a day of adventures. Overall, it was a great place!
